The location is excellent, about 5 minutes from both the train station and the bus terminal, and about 10 minutes from Ortigia Island. I arrived from Taormina and made a day trip to Noto during my stay

The only flaw, there is no parking reserved for the hotel, but still a few steps away there is a free parking area

Quiet and a lovely place to walk around. Old history with the combination youth and old. Coffe and food everywere :) sun rise on one side and sun set with bars and a large portside

We were welcomed by a kind lady with a Sicilian accent who also helped us find parking. This fantastic accommodation certainly made our stay in Sicily even more enjoyable

The house is tastefully furnished and equipped with every comfort: a private bathroom, a shared refrigerator, and an internal courtyard perfect for breakfast

We coordinated with the hotel for valet parking which was helpful given density of the area and limited parking options. Convenient location with easy access to most of the key sites in the area

We were leaving before breakfast so they offered to pack us a breakfast box to go, which was a nice touch and was perfect for our train ride. Our sea view room was amazing

Located relatively centrally on Othigar Island, the service was excellent and the staff were very welcoming. The hotels here feel more like guesthouses, but the prices aren't cheap.

We got the lockbox code by calling number on the Atrio sign. Everything in Ortigia is 20 minutes’ walk from everything else, it seems, so location was fine for us. Bottom line: I would book here with confidence

Great location and a very spacious room. It was the perfect place for our one-night stay. There is a covered parking lot (Parcheggio Talete) for $15 per 24 hours, just a 10-minute walk from the b&b.

Plug situation for charging phones by the bed is limited, so it’s a good idea to bring a multi-prong plug for the lamps plus your devices. Check-in is via lockbox with your key in it

This is a great location at the Ortigia region of Syracuse, charming but inconvenient if you have a car. You need to have you car taken to a parking place outside of the island (25 euro per day)

Beautiful, spacious, immaculate room. The staff could not have been more helpful or accommodating. So excited when we saw our location. Great shopping, restaurants' and sightseeing right there out the front door

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were large and clean. The front staff (Paola and Emanuela) were fantastic. They arranged dinner reservations and transportation for us , plus many recommendations

I will note that the noise from the hallway and other rooms above us were pretty loud (we were on the first floor). Other guests coming in late at night or leaving early were hard to ignore

We had 2 rooms on opposite sides and it was an issue for us both. I would recommend bringing ear plugs because this is the only fault that I can think of. Everything else was fantastic

Lovely relaxing setting with a great pool which we used in October. Breakfast good and catered for gluten free. No restaurant onsite but a pizzeria will deliver. Nearest restaurant suggest to us was 10 min drive

There's no pool, and there's a jacuzzi on the rooftop that looks unused. You have to pay an extra 50€ to use it

Not ideal but nothing I could do about that! The only stress we had was trying to find parking in the morning to load the luggage when we were leaving, but that is just the dynamic of the area and still far easier than somewhere within Ortigia itself

The Sicilian home recipe really worked ! While I would not call it a 5 stars hotel, it’s deco and warm hospitality is up to a very good boutique hotel

Just one note on noise, if your room is on the first floor (2nd in the US), you may hear breakfast/dinner service

There is no parking included but the valet will collect and bring back your car for €20 a day; only 30mins notice is required. Everything on Ortigia island is very walkable so location is ideal

Excellent long weekend spent in the beautiful Ortigia island. We had three rooms here and were thoroughly looked after. All the rooms were beautiful decorated and had everything we needed

It is not easy to reach the hotel by car and park but staff was super helpful to help us navigate. Rooms are very spacious for european standards. Sea view terrace or run would be nice to have

They were fixed during our stay but we were without a safe for half of our stay and the kettle and toilet seat both had to be replaced which meant people in our room during the day when we were not there

When the cleaner cleaned the room before we arrived they would have known the toilet seat was broken and that the safe was locked and they had no key

The location is great! Hotels stuff is helpful. The room is big, clean and has everything you need. However the air conditioner is VERY loud. The bathroom smelled like urine and the shower head didn’t work well

The day we were to check in I received a facebook message concerning our arrival and any dietary restrictions, and when we got in and expressed our desire to see some beaches there was a printout of the train schedule to the nearest beaches ready for us

When I arrived, there was no staff there, but I was able to contact them via WhatsApp and they were able to unlock the door remotely. I was impressed that slippers were provided as an amenity

The location is totally awesome! Even though it is a BbB, it is not inferior to other hotels. Breakfast is also perfect, although you have to move to a partner hotel for a while

The owners are also very bright and cheerful. They respond quickly to questions. When it gets late in the evening, there is plenty of free parking space

This is a beautiful property, which is run by Stefano, who is a wonderful host along with his mother. They are the most helpful and friendly hosts we encountered while on our trip in Sicily

The B&B is lovely and well maintained. Our room had large terrace overlooking a beautiful panorama of wetlands with flamingos. It is well located and within a five minute ride to Ortigia

Superb!!! Our second stay here at Stefano’s lovely B&B. Just as good as the first! We had a lovely room with a big new bathroom. Stefano certainly covers all his bases

I didn't give five stars for the area around the property because it is currently undergoing renovations so we had to walk the longer way round to reach Isola di Ortigia (about twenty minutes)

Cosy and lovely place in the heart of Siracusa. Staff tells you everything about sightseeings and assists parking in 100 meters in theater's basement. Breakfast was full of home-made delicious on the hotel roof

I'm currently on a Sicily trip where I booked my main stay in mondello. We decided to take a tour and drive to Syracus and stay here. This b&b is phenomenal!!!! It's tiny, beautiful, and authentic

They even printed out recommendations and offered to walk a couple to a place so they didn't get lost. A must stay if you are in Ortigia. We stayed for 4 days and would do it again
