Le Rime in Arezzo

A nice property in a quiet location, but the owner's rudeness is beyond reproach. When we arrived in the early afternoon, my husband and I noticed that the house was very cold, which we found strange, as we had roughly stated our arrival time. After exchanging pleasantries with the owner, we noticed there was no microwave and the oven was broken. When we asked the owner for clarification, he replied that it wasn't a B&B, but rather a guesthouse. I should start by saying that I found this property on Google as a B&B. In the evening, we called the owner and found that the radiators were still off, and he told us that they turned on remotely at 7:00 PM and would turn off when they reached 21 degrees. Well, the radiators came on at 7:00 PM, but by 8:00 PM they were already off. My husband had to be hospitalized the next day, and I didn't want him to get sick from the cold. We called the owner to report the problem, and he rudely replied that we were being annoying and had to leave. He brazenly offered to find us accommodation (who knows where and with whom). Naturally, we declined—crazy stuff. To make a long story short, we arrived at around 3:00 PM and were kicked out at 8:30 PM. With nowhere to go. And to top it all off, he demanded €75 for a night we didn't use. My husband and I have traveled extensively, but we've never encountered such an unfortunate situation.
P.S. It's a shame I can't post a photo of the logo where it clearly says B&B; now it simply says accommodation with service.
