We had paid in advance so we were able to check in online before coming here which were very practical. Communication was ok, just wrote back and forth on Whatsapp.

The location is good. Close to the train station and just a short walk to the Santa Maria del Fiore.

The room size was good. The bathroom was a bit small, but it worked just fine. The bed was a bit too hard for our taste, but alright for just a night.

The biggest issue was how dirty and dusty the room was. My friend got astma, and she slept really poorly. I’ve got dust allergies and woke up with a stuffy nose. So not ideal for any of us.

So all in all; it was ok for just a night, but would rather pay more for a decent room somewhere else.

This B&B is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the train station and the city center. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. The only downside was that both were small, but perfect for our needs. Breakfast was good and served in the room. For us, it was an excellent place to stay during our stay in Florence. Recommended for those who love a private room! We'll definitely return.

I've traveled a lot, but this was by far the worst experience of my life. Upon entering the room, we were greeted by a "pleasant" smell of smoke. Moving to the bathroom, a layer of black mold over the shower stall made the air unbreathable, almost vomiting. Both the shower and sink drained (after a minute of showering, 5 cm of water covered your feet). The window had broken glass. The soundproofing was terrible. The "breakfast in your room" (I regretted not photographing it) sums up the sadness and insignificance of this place. Avoid it like the plague. We had booked for two nights, but after the first one, which was sleepless due to the combined smell of smoke and mold, we literally ran away. Not even a word of apology from the owners. Don't let people who value the customer ruin your stay in a beautiful city. P.S. To top it all off... a cigarette that had been dried out for years stuck to the headboard. If the NAS visited, they'd shut it down. A disgrace.

Horrendous, the bathrooms was moldy, the room smelly, and also moldy, it’s not even about expecting something luxurious, it’s only a matter of cleanliness, it is not respectful to offer a room in this conditions

Terrible organization, they proved to be unreliable and disrespectful of potential customers. After calling the administration by telephone and having received the OK regarding availability, they asked me for a confirmation email and I received, after various insistence and after 18 days, a negative response due to lack of availability!!! To avoid!!!!

We booked this very nice bed and breakfast into the historical center and very close to the train station. Everything was perfect. We enjoy the very clean roo, the host kindness and the position. The price was good.

Great stay here, Rooms are clean and comfortable. Need to check in at a different hotel nearby. Great location, near the S.M Novella train station. Most of the attractions are of walking distance. Very nice cafes,bars and restaurants nearby this area. Friendly staff.

I can't say one good word for this accomodation .. Rooms are pretty small, but that isn't the reason .. The first thing is, that bathroom is really small and not that beautiful, how looked in the photos, noise is awful, you are gonna hear everything, each single word, which is staff saying early in the morning during weekdays. We couldn't open front door soon in the morning, because here you need electricity to open the door, and door were without it. So I couldn't went out. When i called the staff, they were angry and why am I waking them up. I would definitely not recommend this place for staying. I am giving 2 stars, only because of location, for anything else .. I would not rate this hotel 3*... Not even 1*

Room is fine. Bathroom is fine. They need to let people know where to check in though. And the bed is unbelievably uncomfortable and I’ve stayed in 5 other cities on this trip in both hostels and hotels and this bed is the worst by far. The mattress is like lumpy is really odd and horrible. Good location. Just weird set up. I’d probably not recommend this place. Only 3 stars just because it’s cheap.
