A big thank you to the staff for their amazing attitude and care! They’re always ready to help, provide all the information you might need, and stay in touch all the time — really appreciated. The rooms are simple, with slightly old-fashioned furniture, but everything is clean, has everything you need, and works perfectly. Great location too! The only small thing — it would be nice to clean the air conditioner. Overall, a very pleasant stay

We had the most wonderful stay here. It was really everything we could need or want.
Andrea was so kind, always available for absolutely anything and always so kind.
The view in the room was breathtaking and the room was cozy and comfortable. Biggest recommendation ❤️

Had an amazing experience here, the hotel is located at the top floor which gives an amazing view of florence. Hotel staff are super kind and helpful, room is clean and extra items are provided for free. Definitely recommend this gem

The greatest hospitality ever! Thank you Andrea for making my stay there magical! Now I have one more reason to love and visit again Florence! The hotel Soggiorno Rubino with the greatest rooftop view to Duomo and the landscape of Florence! Fantastic sunsets and dawns! I am missing my room already! The fringe and the extra snacks also a plus! Also, the bed was really comfortable and the hotel is also situated 4 min from the main train station and 10 min from Duomo. It could not have been more central! I recommend the hotel 110%! Book it or you'll miss it!

First impressions we found it quite hard to get into the property and the lift is very small. However this is quite common with these sorts of accommodation. Once in the room though we were very happy and you cannot beat the view for the price. The light was automatic in the bathroom which made it difficult not to wake others in the room. The bathroom could maybe do with a bit of an update but these are only very minor things. We really loved our stay and would stay here again due to its price and location.

I can't honestly say enough about this location or view from our room with a terrace.
Andrea was absolutely incredible so helpful and curtious.
Out of 8 cities /hotels this place by far beat them all in every way.
We were left 2 large bottles of water along side snacks and coffee.
Super place to stay in Florence close to train station and to the Duomo.
I would Definitely stay here again and I would highly recommend.

Started with great communication from owner, Andrea, via What's App. Property is in a great location across from train station and close to all attractions with the furthest away probably Piazzale Michelangelo which was around 30 min walk with the closest probably the Market Centrale (2mins) and has lots food options upstairs. And the view from room amazing. The room has everything you could need inc fantastic air con. In the midst of an Italian heatwave it was essential. Andrea had turned it on prior to our arrival which was greatly appreciated. There is a lift to property. Don't attempt the stairs in the heat. It's not worth it. We were given couple recommendations for food from owner and can confirm these were good and great value for money. Would not hesitate to recommend or to stay here again.

We stayed for one night en route elsewhere and we were so happy we did! Beautiful view, cozy room (heaters worked so well!!), helpful staff. Stay there!! We had a choice of rooms, we took the attic but the bathroom is on a different level if y’all don’t like walking.

facilities are nice and clean, the person in charge (Andrea) was so accommodating (let us have a late check out since our train was in the late afternoon). very spacious, and the balcony and window had great views over the city! the breakfast was also delicious for just 5€ per person (they even let us choose when we wanted to eat!). be warned that they only have hair + body wash (a common thread i’m seeing across hotels in italy so far)~~
