The room was poorly ventilated, and the bathroom, lacking a window, smelled. The breakfast was good.
The mini bar, which is located by the river and offers a nice view, is chargeable. I left my tax refund form in the room and couldn't find it after checking out. There were two elderly ladies working at the front desk, one very kind and the other a bit arrogant. I lost my receipt and asked her to look for it in the trash can, but she refused. A bad review.

The entrance can be a little confusing, but the staff is very kind and greets you, helps you with your bags, and guides you.
It is a hotel that was once a mansion used by a baron, so it is completely different from other hotels, but it is very good.
Fantastic river view and friendly and very friendly staff.
And although there are not many kinds, it is clean and delicious breakfast.
I feel like I am a baron. Everything is great.
It is expensive, but I was very satisfied with the hotel.
If I come to Florence, I will definitely stay here again.

It is one of the houses of the Ricasoli family, a very wealthy local family. The front desk said that one of their descendants still lives upstairs. The family has existed for almost a century and is also very close to the Medici family, the first family in Florence. The house is really old, as if you live in the last century. The decoration and hall of the former nobles are preserved, but from the perspective of sleep, the old house is also a flaw. At night, there will be the sound of street cars and the impact of walking on the wooden floor. Fortunately, there are few people in the off-season, and it is not recommended to stay in the peak season, but if you particularly like art or the feeling of old money, it is recommended to try one night, it will be worth it

This hotel is a pleasant surprise. It was originally a mansion, and it was developed into nine guest rooms with different styles. The first floor is a small museum. Although there are not many exhibits, the building itself is a small palace. The service staff is very warm and thoughtful. The room facilities are also very good. New coffee beans are added every day. The minibar is charged. The breakfast is rich in variety and the dining environment is particularly classical. After the staff get off work in the evening, the whole hotel is for guests to explore, which is very interesting. In short, it is worth the money.

The environment is noisy, the soundproofing is poor, there is no view, and the room description does not match the actual situation! Negotiations with the hotel to change rooms/delay check-out for supplements were unsuccessful. Fortunately, Ctrip platform was responsible and gave feedback.

Our experience at Leone Blu was just superb. The hotel itself is an historical gem with fresco ceiling and stunning view on the Arno river. The location is amazing, right on the Arno river and few minutes walking from Uffizi museum and all the other major monuments and attractions. The staff made the whole experience even better, with a professional yet warm and welcoming attitude, just the best.

I had the most wonderful stay at Leone Blu. The team and service were the best I have ever experienced, hands down - everyone was so kind and helpful. The suites are incredible and it's clear the team take pride in the history of their beautiful hotel. Couldn't recommend Leone Blu more.

Leone Blu is in a very convenient location, central to everywhere you want to go. The staff are incredible including providing a history tour of the building.
