The room is opposite to Palazzo Pitti, great view. There are lots of great restaurants nearby l, which takes 5-10mins walk. Receptionist Sophie is kind and helpful, she assists to reserve a taxi for us and gave us some tour tips. Great stay

Parking was arranged by the hotel, costing €96 for less than two days. When I parked, they said I could contact them anytime to have the car delivered. However, the next day, when I inquired about the car, a different person had taken over and said the car couldn't be used. They stated that if I did use the car, the hotel wouldn't be responsible for reporting it to the ZTL zone, and I had to walk 18 minutes to the parking lot to retrieve it myself. The hotel wouldn't cover any fines. Their attitude was unfriendly and impatient.

Such a terrible experience in this hotel.Cannot sleep for all night! It was very very very noisy outside.We heard the sound of motorbikes coming round over 100 times I promise .Get crazy！！！！Also the building is too old,the sound coming from the floor as well,scary at night…
We booked 2nights in this hotel but we only stayed 1 night then leave as soon as possible.Can’t stand it anymore!!
The receptionist who named Letizia has nice and polite service to us but another one named Ginevra(maybe) she gave me a roll of eyes after I said I don’t want to stay here for second day.I guess maybe she’s racist??Anyway Asian guests remain to be noted to choose this hotel.By the way,they won’t refund you any of your fees even you can’t sleep all night in their hotel.They don’t care about it ~

One of our favourite hotels ever! It was like staying and living like the old Pitti family back in the day. The rooms were huge, simply huge and we loved the original frescos in them. It felt like a truly authentic experience, overlooking Pitti Palace. A great location away from the hustle and bustle, but still 5-10min walk to all main attractions and close to Piazza Santo Spirito. We had a fabulous time!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights in the Royale Suite with our baby girl (14 months). Absolutely beautiful rooms, very spacious and great location. I want to specially commend Letizia from the front desk who has given us everything we could possibly need and was so nice and very kind. I'd stay here again! My parents stayed at the Imperial suite and loved it as well!

Excellent hotel opposite the Medici Palace, Palazzo Pitti - the very center, located in the ZTL zone, but you can come by car and they themselves park in the parking lot for 30 euros per day, an old building, but there is an elevator, I took a two-room suite with two toilets, everything is renovated in very good condition, the ceilings and walls are painted with frescoes!

The location is just opposite the Pitti Palace and very close to Ponte Vecchio and the Uffizi. All attractions are within walking distance. The hotel design is beautiful and the facilities are of high quality. One of my favorite hotels in Italy during this trip.

Don't make a reservation, there will be no one at the hotel after 6 o'clock, so you have to find a place to check in by yourself. Then the hotel waiter discriminated against Chinese people, thinking that we couldn't understand Italian and kept talking behind our backs.

The sights were nice but there was sand in my bed when I got there and they didn’t change it for two days even after I asked they repeatedly turned the air off in my room every time I left not a good experience
