Absolute excellent location right in the heart of Florence! It is a stone throw away from the Duomo!! Right next door to Eataly (great breakfast)! Apartment was spacious for us three! We recommend for a stay in Florence!

I cannot praise the staff enough, after what had been an extremely stressful journey (cancelled flights etc) they made us feel very welcome and were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location and rooms are great - highly recommended, will definitely stay here again!

This place was absolutely amazing!! If I could I would've have stayed longer. After getting used to tiny hotel rooms, it was extremely comforting to have so much space!!! Honestly right next to the duomo, food, other landmarks whole still being so spacious was such a comfort. Would highly recommend to anyone!!

Stayed here on a family city break with our 5yo daughter in a standard studio room. Room was really well sized for a city (Room 101) and came with a little kitchenette and sitting area which was nice. Location was perfect, 30 second stroll to the Duomo, 6 minutes to the statue of David, about 10 minutes to the Ponte Vecchio and the same again to the Santa Maria Novella train station. Would happily stay again if we were to visit Florence another time.

Florence is very classic.

The front desk service was excellent 👍
and very warm and attentive, giving us a wonderful experience. The hotel's location is fantastic!

Although it's a bit old and the facilities are dated,

it was much cleaner than I expected. The only downside was that it was a little noisy.

The location was perfect! We were able to walk from the train station. There were plenty of dining options close by. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was very nice.

Nice staff, great location, rooms did not meet expectations as a few things needed repair and decor has seen better days. Nowhere to hang towels which are only changed on 3rd day.

Nice room in excellent area of town. Shower handheld inoperative. Hotel charges 5euro for extra towels.

This place is in the most brilliant location. Bedrooms are clean and tidy and some have fire of Duomo. Reception is manned until 9pm but you can access at night with your keycard. The hotel offers a €12 each breakfast voucher to use at a local restaurant but there is a lovely bakery next door where we had a croissant and a coffee for €8 everyday.
