I am traveling alone and secured a perfect little room for a great price. Clean, comfortable, free breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, a bar, and close to the train station. Perfect stay.

Not in the center, but in a good position near Lucca's walls. Fantastic and helpful staff, who helped us change the room, because in the first one we had to wash ourselves in the bathtub, repaired with silicone, placing our heads under the tap, since the shower was unusable. Acceptable breakfast, considered the price.

Nice romantic stay at Hotel Napoleon in Lucca
We had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Napoleon. The room was very good with a balcony. We felt it was also very good service and hospitality. The staff were very nice and friendly, always eager to help whatever we asked for. The breakfast was delicious, home made müssli, scramble eggs, fruit, juice, different types of yoghurt and good coffee just to mention some of what they had. The only thing we were missing was vegetables, for example tomatoes.
The location just outside the city wall was perfect for us, just a short walk to the city center or to take the car to visit villages outside Lucca up on the hill side.

The Hotel Napoleon, Lucca, Italy was a great place. The rooms were spacious, very clean, excellent linen, in walking distance to central Lucca and Railway Station. The staff were exceptional, always helpful and cheerful. Breakfast was excellent, a good variety and plentiful. We would not hesitate to stay there again.

About a five minute drive to the edge of town. The interior of the rooms was quite dated and garish, but everything felt relatively clean and was useable. Breakfast was reasonable. We stayed on a Wednesday night and the club next door played very loud dance music until midnight. I probably wouldn't stay here again.
