Perfect place, if you love to be far away from the busy life. A remote location in the mountains of Tuscana. The apartments are located in a typical Italian Villa, rustic and simple with a charming flair. If you are looking for luxury this is not for you. The place is funktional and has everything you need for a comfortable stay; however, the beds need some upgrading. There is plenty of private parking, a tennis court as well as a pool on side. The region itself has plenty of wineries and little towns to visit. The nearby restaurant is top shelf for such a remote location with excellent service. We loved it.

I stayed at this hotel for over two months and can say without hesitation that it is a truly special place.
Nestled in the Tuscan mountains, it exudes a sense of peace and harmony that is hard to find today. Despite its absolute tranquility, it is only a 5-minute drive from the center and very easy to reach.
The real strength is undoubtedly the quality of the hospitality: the owners are extraordinary people, always present, attentive, and genuinely interested in their guests' well-being. They make you feel at home.
About 500 meters away is their restaurant, where you can enjoy some of the best Tuscan specialties, prepared and served with the same care and warmth that characterizes the entire experience.
If you're looking for a place to unwind, relax, and reconnect with tranquility, this is undoubtedly the right place.

A wonderful quiet location with fantastic views. The restaurant, La Dispensa, had wonderful food and the staff were very helpful.

Beautiful property, surrounded by nature, clean, but in need of an interior makeover.
We especially enjoyed the staff: Gabriella (the delicious and varied breakfasts) and Silvana, always ready to solve anything.
A small problem in the room was promptly resolved.
We recommend this place to those who love tranquility; it's not very close to the famous Tuscan areas worth visiting.
Elia (the owner) was very kind and gave us a discount. We will gladly return, perhaps in the spring.
Highly recommended.

Location immersed in the green of the Tuscan hills. Here peace reigns.

Staff very kind!
A couple of precautions for managers:
1) the night lighting of the outside must be reviewed, it is too little and even a small light in the pool area would not hurt
2) even if I don't understand how it is possible (given the very thick walls) in the house in August it is a beastly heat, I would recommend setting up an air conditioning system or providing at least one large fan for each room.
I put five stars because there are too many perfect things in this place and I wish I was helpful.

Magnificent location, very kind staff and great food. During my stay I turned years old and surprisingly they made me find a very good cake. Thanks, it's been a great 5 days.

The position allows you to enjoy the splendid Tuscan landscape and to reach many tourist destinations in a maximum of one hour.
The brothers who run the facility and all the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Elia's cooking is excellent and very accurate.

Beautiful, clean structure that feels the need for an internal restyling. Friendly and helpful staff. Isolated position in the Tuscan countryside with a very pleasant breezy climate. Recommended for those who want an isolated place in the countryside and are not afraid of the instants that sometimes enter the apartments. It is about 10 minutes drive from Pomarance.

We were looking for a typical structure to enjoy the pleasures that this splendid region offers and we discovered this farmhouse that also welcomes pets, our dog thanks again the surrounding garden, swimming pool, all extremely enchanting. Relaxation assured in a breathtaking landscape, I congratulate all the staff for the professionalism, courtesy, for the quality food, in short, I really struggle to find defects, perhaps because there are none. We will be back
