We had such a amazing time here. A beatuiful house, away from all the stress. The trip to get here is a bit trick (over the pass), but it's worth it!

The location is perfect, quietly situated, good parking, a very nice owner, a beautiful large swimming pool, and the apartments have very beautiful Tuscan decor.
However, there were also some shortcomings, particularly regarding maintenance; the hot water supply was almost falling apart and eventually stopped working. The mixer tap on the sink was incredibly stiff and made a creaking sound, which woke everyone up at night.
The sofas in the living room also served as sofa beds, but this did not improve comfort.
And the tiles around the pool had subsided and there was a lot of weed growing between them. If the maintenance issues were resolved, we would certainly visit this location again.

We stayed in the Il Cipresso apartment, one of nine in the property: simply beautiful, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped! The location is panoramic, quiet, and truly strategic for those wishing to visit the many attractions Casentino has to offer. The pool is ideal for post-hike relaxation. The prices are fair. The owner, Mr. Giorgio, is very friendly and always available and helpful. He always gave us helpful information with a smile. It was a truly relaxing stay, truly inspiring for physical and mental well-being: highly recommended!

The apartment was nice, but the house lacked the bare essentials. For example, it lacked an oven, a frying pan, and only a few dishes. I think the garden with a pool and children's playground, as well as a free-to-use barbecue, would be lovely in the summer.
My apartment overlooked the road leading to Camaldoli, which was unexpectedly busy from early in the morning. However, the view is stunning, and the proximity to Camaldoli is minimal, so you can reach some incredibly beautiful trails in just a few minutes!

A charming place suitable for families and couples, nestled in the Tuscan countryside. We had access to a wood-burning oven and barbecue, and the well-kept garden makes you feel right at home. The apartments are equipped with every comfort and are furnished with well-maintained antiques. I will definitely return in the summer, as there's a jacuzzi and a huge pool.
