The hotel was very close to the station and had excellent access. The front desk and the building where we were staying were in separate rooms, and we got a little lost when checking in, but luckily someone passing by called out to us and we were able to arrive safely. The receptionist was very kind, and when we told her we were planning to check out early so we wouldn't make it in time for breakfast, she prepared a box for us to take with us. It was delicious! The interior was also cute, and I would like to stay there again!

Great location and the hotel is very clean! Only 5 minutes walk from the station without the need to cross any bridges!

Please take note this hotel reception is located in Venice Maggior Hotel (around 20 steps further, on the left) so there is no checking in/out at the hotel itself

Please also take note this hotel have no lift and you have to take all the luggages up by yourself.

The room was lovely and close to Venice Santa Lucia Station. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of breads and pastries.

It's close to the train station, so you can unpack and start your tour in minutes. This location is even better if you have a lot of luggage. It saves time and money on transportation, and it's easy to get to nearby tourist attractions and walks. The location is excellent.
Even so, the value for money is an 8 out of 10.
The only downside is the lack of an elevator.

The hotel is located very close to the train station, nearby restaurants and supermarkets, but the hotel room air conditioning is broken, has notified the staff that day, but he said due to stay two nights can not change rooms, air conditioning itself has been keeping at 25.6 degrees, but he entered the mud five to still become 28.1 degrees. Shower only proposed soap, after cleaning the room did not refil new ones for me to use. The price is not cheap, but the service provided is really bad!

It's a bit tough not having an elevator!
But the staff were very friendly and the rooms were great.
The shower got cold if you kept it running lol
The location was great and I was happy with the price for this area.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.

Waiter did not make us aware we could purchase wines by the bottle, even after asking, as he assumed we were there for the bar even though we had a dinner reservation and had food post drinks.
Food was severely sub-par for Venice, especially considering the price.
Great place for a sunset drink however; such a shame.

You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks on the canal. Plus we were able to have 4 drinks for the price of 1 than what the roof top bar was charging.
