Great hotel and especially great location only 2 minutes walk to the Venezia St Lucia train station and right on the shopping areas and very convenient to water bus lines to go to Milano or Burano islands. Room was a little small for 3 of us but we managed.

Me and My family had booked this hotel for a day on 16th April 2025. However we had a terrible experience with this hotel. NEVER EVER BOOK THIS!! Here is what happened that fateful night!! My self and my family - 2 daughters and wife were travelling from Spiez (Switzerland) to Milan on Wednesday 16th April 2025 via RE4273 (Regional express direction Domodossola) to catch a connecting train from Milan to Venice at 7:15 PM. However due to landslide between Domodossola and Milan, they had to cancel all the trains from Domodossola to Milan and hence we couldn't reach Milan in time (at 7.15 PM ) to catch our connecting train to Venice. The good part is that Euro rail official realosed that it was their mistake because of which passengers were suffering so they arranged another train for us from Domodoosala to Milan, which reached Milan around 11 PM in the night. Again having realised that I had confirmed reserved ticket from Milan to Venice, they arranged alternative train from Milan to Venezia and from their they organised a bus to Venice St Lucia, by which we could reach Venice St Lucia only around 2.00 AM on 17th Morning. While all this was happening, I kept informing about the situation to hotel staff as well as your travel partner (make my trip - see the attached mail for reference) that we will be late for check in. Since bus dropped us other side of water bridge, and hotel was on other side, while it was raining, I found a safe shelter for my family and I decided to cross the bridge to check in the hotel and by the time I reached hotel it was around 3 AM. Though the lady was there at reception, she refused to let me check in stating that checkin time is already over and she started demanding another 100 Euro for late check in fee. Since this was abysmal demand, I refused to pay, to that she said now you can only check in at 6.30 AM. When I counter question her that if your official check out time is 4 AM, how can you let me check in only at 6.30 AM and NOT at 4 AM. She didn't listen to my argument and kept on demanding 100 Euro as additional late check in charges, which I refused to pay eventually and then she threaten to call police, where I left the hotel premise and joined back my family. At 4 AM when ferry opened up, I bought a ticket for entire family to cross the bridge and again attempted to check in the hotel along with family around 4.30 AM and this time another lady on duty again refused to check us in, sighting that I didn't pay late check in charge to her colleague so I will NOT be allowed to check in till 6.30 AM. Despite having paid full room charges, and also having kept informed both hotel as well as travel partner - Make my trip, me and my family had to wait on road, during rain till 6.30 AM for checkin. Again to our surprised, room was allocated to us on top (4th floor) , and since there is no lift in hotel, and I didn't have energy to take all luggage to 4th floor, I kept all the luggage at the reception of their other

Terrible experience, no choice on the pillows they were both very hard and moreover I found more than one hair on the bed. I continue by saying that we took a packet of crisps from the vending machine and they were expired a month ago, not to mention the mattress that being a double room the mattress should have been a double instead it was two singles attached! We were told that there was an automatic machine for coffee and breakfast but it was off and no one bothered to turn it on! Toilet paper already used so not sealed and new! Dusty room!

Comfortable hotel very close to the Venice Santa Lucia station, the staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are small but with the necessary. Excellent hotel for those who look at comfort and cleanliness. A note for the staff: put more hooks and shelves for stuff and fix the coffee machine. Thanks

One night stay in a family room for 4. Room not very big but functional. Key collected from the hotel next door with a very friendly lady. Hotel well located next to the train station very good for an early departure. Good value for money

For a two-star hotel it's a good place! Nothing broken in the room, clean sheets, a good bed. Maybe a little dark, because we were not able to open one of the two windows, but that was not a real problem. The receptionist was friendly and our night was calm. Plus, it's in a great position, and for a fair price. I Will return, given the chance.

One star for the location, another for the friendly man at the reception (which is in another hotel around the corner).

The reception from Atlantide could be the set of a horror movie, full of mirrors and no people there. There’s a vending machine with cola, water and beer, and another coffee one. I have not tried them. No breakfast at all.

Hotel is really old, kinda “vintage” but looks dirty. Beds are a bit uncomfortable but clean, also the toilet is clean and we got new towels and soap everyday.

For the price I got, it was okay, but I would recommend to spend a bit more in another one more modern. I was a bit paranoid about the looks of the room, even if we got no problem through the days.

Our room had a fridge as well, but I think there’s too many unnecessary furniture in such a small room. Would leave this hotel as a last option.

The room was given on ground floor.separate keys for exterior door n room door.Room was quite small n bathroom even smaller...these things shud be mentioned.Location is a plus n it's very near the station.there r several food places n grocery stores.

Beautiful view. Excellent service. The food was delicious. Make a reservation in advance and take proof of it with you because when we arrived, the host told me I didn't have a reservation. The restaurant on the first floor has a different menu. Also, if you are not a hotel guest, the restaurant charges you an extra fee, which I believe is very unfair.

Great for taking pictures, food was mediocre at best, simple pasta with tomato sauce took 1 hour, the sauce was dripped into the pan out of a plastic bag (not fresh), steak was served cold and raw even tho we ordered well done, pasta with seafood (mussels and shrimp) was a bit salty. Very expensive and did not fulfill our expectations.

Waiter did not make us aware we could purchase wines by the bottle, even after asking, as he assumed we were there for the bar even though we had a dinner reservation and had food post drinks.
Food was severely sub-par for Venice, especially considering the price.
Great place for a sunset drink however; such a shame.

You have to buy drinks or food in order to enjoy the roof top views even a hotel guest. If guests could bring their own drinks to relax and enjoy the views it would be a different story. The hotel promotes this as part of their hotel, but it comes with a catch, you have to pay for the overpriced drinks or food to stay up there. We were better off having drinks from a near by kiosk and enjoying drinks on the canal. Plus we were able to have 4 drinks for the price of 1 than what the roof top bar was charging.
