Good location, good breakfast, beautiful decor, helpful staff, right on the grand canal next to a water bus stop.

Staff are lovely and friendly, it was really helpful that we can leave our luggage. Check in was very quick and convenient. Breakfast was very nice. The room condition can be a bit old and the plugs and cables could be dangerous as some were exposed. Other than that, happy with the stay

We stayed at Pesaro Palace in the Junior Suite with two friends and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, beautiful, and very elegant. The food was delicious, and the location was absolutely perfect. Highly recommended!

Location was great. At a ferry stop so easy to get to and close to walk to just about anywhere. The hotel itself is just OK - nothing to write home about. The breakfast is the morning was great. The staff is unfriendly and not helpful. Not one person we encountered at the reception desk was nice or helpful. We would not return if we came back to Venice.

We had to keep calling to turn on the heat and it still didn’t / wouldn’t turn on. Staff were nice and pleasant. One of our rooms had water mark damage on the walls.

Great hotel in a great location. Quiet, quaint - a real feeling of old Venice. Interesting history too. Somehow I fell in love with Murano chandeliers during my stay! I would recommend and will be back!

The location was fantastic, views from the room were amazing. Close to restaurants and shops. Highly recommended

The beautiful Benicia style rooms, decorated with Moreno glass chandeliers were a highlight! I felt like a Princess in the room. I loved the complementary full breakfast, complete with cappuccino! The bathrooms were clean and showers hot. They staff are wonderful. They helped arrange for a water taxi and bag breakfast for or 6am flight. We loved it here.
