We had great experience from the owner, renovated apartment which we visited with total of 8 members of the family. Good location in the side alley, near good restaurants and square. Not to far away from Marco Polo Square too.

Clean, fully air-conditioned apartment (central air conditioning). It has two bedrooms, so you have to share the bathroom and kitchen. This wasn't a big problem; we were able to use the bathroom without much difficulty. The bathroom was clean and functional. The room was very large with comfortable beds. The location was good for walking to the tourist attractions. The only drawback was having to check in at a different address.

Very friendly staff.
Far from the station, about 30 minutes walk.
Uncomfortable if you have suitcases. Close to Piazza San Marco, good location.
Unfortunately we had to share the apartment with another couple and therefore the bathroom.
Not suitable for families with children.

The best part was at check in, we were helped by a very nice man who walked us to the unit (5 min away), carried my bag over the bridges, and not only explained the amenities in the unit, but also gave us all kinds of advice about the Vaparetto, where to take a gondola ride, and how to get to the airport. Other than that, I wish I had picked a different accommodation because it was so far from the train station and there are so many bridge crossings and ways to get lost in between that it would have been much more convenient to stay closer. The shared bathroom was also a negative for us. Having stayed in two other Italian cities prior to Venice where we had private bathrooms, by comparison it really was quite an inconvenience to have to cart your toiletries back-and-forth and hope that the bathroom/shower will be available when you need it. Also, because it is a shared unit with another bedroom, sharing a living room, kitchen and bathroom with you, there is the possibility you will not be securely locked in the unit if the other people have to check out first and leave their keys in their room. Overall, the accommodations were very basic and average. I know Venice must be expensive overall, but it seems like we paid too much for what we got.

It's very well located, and the price/quality ratio is excellent. The key is 5 minutes away from check-in, and the service is very good. I will return and recommend it. Thank you very much!!!

Very good location and quiet. The room is clean and so is the bathroom. Shower could be a bit cleaner though. Had to go to a different location to get the keys and the towels but the girl at the reception was very friendly. They let us take a shower before checking too. Small cozy apartment with kitchen with everything.
