The rooms look newly renovated and housekeeping was doing a good job daily. It was spacious and the bathroom was nice. However the pillows were a bit on the flat side and beds were 2 singles put together

Hotel near train station very clean and our room upgraded….so happy Just the bathroom little bit slippery and no smart TV unfortunately But everything was super grade

Close to Central Train Station which was what we required but a bit of a walk to the town centre (2km +). The building may look older on the outside but the inside is newer and comfortable.

Free bicycle rentals are available, offering a great way to experience Verona for a short period. The rooms are new and very clean. It's only a 15-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.

We've booked for a family of 4 for 5 days and been offered upgrade to a apartment around a min walk from the hotel. The room was big with 2 toilets and 2 bedrooms. However the drains at both toilets were very smell

We didn't want to make a complaint so just put up with it. No coffee/tea at the place and the kettle are full of limescale with the lid couldn't be openned. Not even one channel of English TV so kids were bored

Breakfast didn't have much choice, very small selection but with 2 children it was easier to have smt to eat before went out. We have to put our suitcases at the last day after checked out

Hotel Europa in Verona had a perfect location for a city adventure. The staff was friendly, and the rooms were clean. We enjoyed everything about our stay and couldn't ask for a better stop on our trip

Although this hotel is surrounded by a bar and restaurants, it is quiet at night so you still get a decent night's sleep. The rooms are very clean and there is also plenty of choice at breakfast

Great place near the water and main square. Rooms and bathroom are small FYI, and pretty old. But we had a good time and the service was great.

Needed a last minute hotel in Verano for 2 days. Hotel Europa is clean and in a great location inside city walls. Really good value, no frills and mediocre breakfast but overall very happy with the property and staff.

Staff was wonderful and very helpful. Centrally located and easy to navigate. Very historic area. Rooms are well decorated and functional. Don’t bring a rental car down here. You don’t need to.

Even though the hotel is in the city center, we could park, unload the car and then we left the key in the reception and it was parked. On the departing day we ordered the car for noon and no problem

Excellent hotel not far from the historic center of Verona. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and quite spacious. There's a Lidl supermarket just 300 meters away. The breakfasts were fantastic and delicious

The room was very big, clean, but the isolation was not the best (we could hear the cars on the street). The location is good, there is a bus station in front of the hotel. Also they have underground free parking

This is a very nice and cosy hotel in verona. Plus is the nice garden and the balcony of the room. Very convenient location with a bus stop right infrot of the hotel. The garrage is a big advantage also

The only thing I did not like is that the charging station tney have in the garrage is very expensive. They coyld habe been more flexible and allow clients to charge EV at more affordable prices

The location was perfect , a nice short walk into the main centre and very close to some nice restaurants and bars. The area can be quite noisy on a Friday and Saturday evening, however this didn’t bother us

Easy to access from Verona train station either by bus or taxi. The room was tidy and had what you need. The gym in the basement is cozy and has what you need to get a good workout

For 73eur, you get an excelent room with big tv, air condition, fridge and nice bathroom. It has a good location, near bus 41 which goes to city center, or about 20-30 mins walk

The room was very decent, the breakfast was quite good, and the area was perfect for exploring everything. 50 meters from the L026 bus station to Lake Garda. If we return, we would stay at this hotel again

Shown to our room it was absolutely beautiful Clearly a lot work had gone into the design. The whole relais was well thought out the location was absolutely superb the funicular was right next to the hotel

Arrived after travelling by train from Florence. Sandro was there to greet us check in seamless we went on the balcony prior to being shown to our room what struck me was the amazing view

Verona is a beautiful and interesting old city but was made especially affective by staying here. Located overlooking the river and bridge into the old city it’s a great location

Relais Fra Lorenzo is overall a very nice hotel, perfectly located and overlooking the city with beautiful views. The outdoor pool makes it especially appealing in summer, and the service throughout is warm and friendly

I highly recommend the hotel which has a nice panoramico view. The breakfast is awesome. They kindly gave us away a bottle of local olive. And there is a good shuttle bus service.

The main downside is breakfast, which felt underwhelming for the price point, and while the rooms have an antique charm, they could be better maintained and more refined, particularly the suites

Expected it to be in a great location, but never thought the place would be this elegant and posh! The owner and all the staff are so lovely and always happy to help

The staff were always super friendly and quickly assisted with any queries. Breakfast was nice every day, albeit same each day. The room was a good size and had everything we needed, nice and clean

The hotel was perfect for our first time in Verona, giving us a great base to explore and enjoy the city. Very close the Arena so would be good if visiting for a concert there

Very good location, clean rooms, good amenities. The only issue I had was with the pillows which weren't comfortable for my taste. Plenty of good cafeterias nearby.

We like the rooms were recently updated so it seems new. But there were lots of noise due to the thin walls. Can hear loud noises in hall from house cleaning also in rooms nearby when they are moving the furniture

We had a good stay in Best Western Plus Hotel de Capuleti. The staff was really good and they helped us when we had questions about Verona and getting around. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean

In the train station, if you need to go to the platform on the first floor, you will be reminded by email. There are only two floors in total. The room is quite big and the bed is soft

It was only about 13 euro from the train station. The river and bridge were only a 5 minute walk and the castle on the hill was just across the bridge where one could walk or ride the tram

Just keep in mind, if you come by bus from the train station, that you will need to walk 6 blocks because it is within a pedestrian area. But taxis can get to the corner if you want one

Good choise in Verona, its not so colse to the centre, but parking in the centre of Verona is quite simple. Hotel staff was really friendly, room was clean and nice, only view from a window nothing special

Property advertised laundry services and free wifi. They had no laundry facilities or services and the wifi did not work the whole time we were there. Overall the stay was good and service was great
