The stay was really good and the only downside was the location as it is situated at the bottom mid hill. The steep slope gave some fear factor that the car not being able to handle it. However, the service and extra miles by the host was really unforgettable. Providing full range of beverages and full breakfast by the sea.

I stayed here with my family on New Year's Eve. The view from the balcony was amazing, and the room was very clean. Breakfast was delivered to our room, and we enjoyed it at our leisure. There was also a free drink on the way to the large public bath, and the service was excellent. The staff were very kind and helpful. It was a hotel I would like to return to.

I'm 25 years living in Ito-city, and naturally did know this hotel by outside looking, so that it isn't necessary to stay there for me. The day I passed by, I met the manager of the hotel. He was a business man long time ago. Telling me in Maui island of Hawaii, started his own biz as a pension and diving shop. Returning to Japan after years opened here.

From welcoming us to seeing us off, we were treated with great care and consideration, which was very helpful.
