The owner was very friendly and very nice

Cute and lovely little hotel! Comfortable accomodations, and the owner even drove us to the train station in the morning for free. Thank you so much!

Too far to be close
More of a guesthouse than a hotel. The owners live next door and are very nice. The room was quite spartan like a dorm room but en-suite. It was clean but really had no charm. The biggest problem was that the guesthouse was too far to walk to the shops or old karuizawa. So if you have to drive in why not just get a real hotel somewhere in sakudaira for much cheaper price? They also have a picture of a big bath on their profile but it’s some onsen somewhere cause there is not one on the premises.

The service was poor, the blankets were dirty, and the bathtub drain was clogged. The owner overcharged for a 14-year-old child, demanding an extra 30,000 yen for two nights. The room was cramped, with no room to unfold a suitcase. The sofa was very dirty.

This is a family run business. The owner is a very nice lady, she is warm and helpful.
The place is well equipped with essential items and the room is clean and tidy.

The staff at the hotel are very nice. They sent us to the subway station every day. We will continue to stay next time. It is about 20 minutes' walk and 3 minutes' drive from Outlt. It is so close. The main reason is that the hotel staff are so nice. recommend.

It is a very convenient choice for self-driving travel. There is free parking. The room is clean and comfortable. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is slightly poor, but the CP value of the room at this price in Karuizawa is enough.

Exhibition, JR convenient, next to outlet, many dining options
