I find this hotel to be of great value. They have a free parking lot for guests, give out a 500yen coupon for the convenience store nearby as a gift and their rooms are huge. The view from the rooms is good too! You can see the mountains and the public baths.

The only thing about this hotel is that it isn’t authentic. Their outdoor bathing area allows people to wear swimming costumes. But it was definitely a good and comfortable stay for us

Hot spring hotel. Both indoor and outdoor hot sphring. Nice people. Buffet breakfast serves with both Japanese and western food.

As part of a tour group, I wasn't sure what to expect, but our stay at this resort exceeded my expectations! The entire property felt brand new, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided for. The rooms were fresh and clean, adding to the overall comfort. The resort's mountain location offered fresh air and great mountain views. The Onsen facilities were a highlight, with both indoor and outdoor sections to enjoy. I also appreciated the picturesque public open-air bath nearby, and the convenient option to borrow swimming attire from the front desk. Overall, a truly relaxing and rejuvenating stay - highly recommended!

The hotel service is very good, the room is clean and tidy, and the sea hell is nearby

Highly recommend, i will come back again.
The staff were very friendly and have best service, food was also delicious and many dishes. Hot spring makes us feel released and comfortable, we had very very nice night here.

It was nice that the entrance was close to the large public bath, mixed outdoor bath, restaurant, and guest rooms.
Perhaps because we made a reservation during peak hours, the restaurant was closed in the evening, so we made a reservation at a nearby izakaya instead.
The breakfast buffet was delicious.
We stayed in a double bed room with two adults and one 1-year-old child, but when the child got under the bed, he came out covered in dust, so I'm giving it a low rating for cleanliness.
The outdoor outdoor bath was clean, as it seems to be cleaned every morning.

The only disappointing thing was that the breakfast was a bit of a downgrade from a few years ago.
Overall, I was very satisfied.
I would like to use this hotel again when staying in Beppu.
