The room is spacious and offers a beautiful view of the lake. The customer service is attentive and thoughtful. As for the meals, there is an impressive variety of dishes, most of which are delicious—especially the botan shrimp, yellowtail, and the steamed egg custard with nodoguro. In addition, the breakfast exceeded my expectations and was the best I’ve had across my past ten ryokan stays. You can tell the differences through their careful selections of food ingredients. Excellent

The large public bath, with natural hot spring water, was very satisfying. The men's and women's baths, which change daily, are clean, spacious, and comfortable. I also really liked the open-air bath, which has a sophisticated and well-designed design.
The building and guest rooms are a little old, but they are clean, stylish, and very satisfying. I also like that the private rooms have their own open-air baths.
The inn is currently undergoing renovations, and I would definitely like to visit again once they are completed next spring.

Quality of onsen is good. The room look tired, but clean. The food is good.

I was satisfied with everything, including the staff's friendliness and the delicious food. The rooms and large bath were also nice, and the nearby foot bath was a great place to relax. I was tired from social life, so I went there to refresh myself, and it was a very satisfying stay.

Wonderful staff trying to do their best in the middle of a remodel in a dated property - few restaurant options near the hotel -
Unfortunately, we had no view to the lake because of the remodel; however, we were never informed about this neither by the hotel not by ********** when we made the reservation.

The staff were all very friendly. The open-air bath in the large communal bath was nicely renovated. The entrance door to the large communal bath was heavy for both men and women. I wish there was a shower in the open-air bath in my room.
