The hotel is right by the Otaru Canal, and you can see the canal from your room. It also has its own hot spring, and the toiletries are from Pola. The Japanese-style breakfast has pretty much everything you'd expect, though the room itself is a bit small.

The hotel is in a good Location near the chanel. Very nice beer brewery with a big variety of beer is just across the Chanel . Fish market and train station in 10 minutes by steps.
There is the perfect big onsen on the top with great view on the sea. All three days I visited it I was alone.
Breakfast was ok, but not as gorgeous as I expected.
The room was clean and quite big. The furniture is a little old but in good condition.

The location of the hotel was fantastic. Right by the canal. Service was also good. There were however very limited parking. The room and facilities also felt slightly dated. B

Right by the canal, the location is unbeatable; you get stunning views of the canal morning and night. Breakfast is plentiful, the hotel facilities are great, and the room is very spacious. There's a large bathroom on the top floor, and the massage chair is free to use.

The hotel is right by the Otaru Canal, with an excellent location. There was a fireworks display that evening, and I later realized I could see it perfectly from my hotel room. Excellent!
