Facilities: The facilities are quite comprehensive; there are many amenities on the first floor, and you can even borrow snow-playing tools from the front desk.

Cleanliness: The hygiene is very good; everything is cleaned thoroughly.

Environment: The environment is pretty nice, with several convenience stores nearby.

Service: The service is quite good.

Everything was great except for the breakfast! In addition to the usual complimentary coffee and drinks, the lobby also offered clam chowder and crab soup (clear broth, of course, no actual clams or crab meat). The room was quite spacious. The hotel is conveniently located right across from Nakajima Park and the subway station, and it's also very close to Susukino. Bottled water was provided in the room. While the breakfast had a good variety, the seafood wasn't very fresh, which was a shame considering it's ranked as the fourth best breakfast in Japan.

This was our first night's transit hotel, and while it didn't have a hot spring bath, it was right across from Nakajima Park. Seeing such a beautiful view right after landing completely melted away the chill. I booked a double room; it was a bit small but very clean. The toiletries were good quality, and breakfast was decent.

I booked a single room and found it to be a decent size with all the amenities I needed. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making communication a breeze. On the first floor, there's a lobby with drinks and snacks, plus a self-service counter for essentials like razors. Further down a corridor, you'll find the laundry room with dryers, which was very convenient. My room was on a high floor, and the soundproofing was excellent; I had a very quiet and peaceful night's sleep. I woke up at 8:40 AM the next day and headed to the second-floor restaurant for breakfast. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, including both Japanese and English breakfast choices, all tasting delicious. Overall, this was a very satisfying stay.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location was great, very close to Nakajima Park. It was perfect for going downstairs to play in the snow when it snowed heavily. All in all, it was fantastic. The room was tidy and clean, and the service was good.

Love this hotel! We stayed here for 2nd time and this time I would really like to thank front desk colleague Saito San for her hospitality specifically with her communication skills, speedy check in and customer focus skills in helping us to change our room when my daughter accidentally vomited near our room bathroom as she got sick before checked in in the cold weather.

Not only she assisted cleaning (outside of her job responsibilities as housekeeping staff gone after 3pm), she handled this situation so well and made us feel so much better without being bad and embarrassed about the mess we made. This is the world class professionalism and respect toward her profession in Japan (esp in Sapporo) which my daughter and I have been very impressed. The room is spacious, beds are comfortable and their breakfast buffet is amazing! I give this hotel a 10 out of 10! Well done!!!

Stayed here again for the second time and it’s still exceptional! We even got a free room upgrade this time. Breakfast had a variety of different dishes and the DIY don is a must try

Just a ten-minute walk from the city center, right next to Nakajima Park, the location is incredibly pleasant. The hotel's breakfast truly lives up to its reputation as one of Japan's top 4 – it's incredibly diverse and delicious. The room itself was clean and tidy.

It’s good hotel in an excellent location if you take the airport bus liner. You can walk everywhere . Room is nice and clean, of decent size (Japanese standard). Its breakfast is legendary and out of this world. Would definitely come back if visiting Sapporo again.

Breakfast is the best. Many quality foods eg. Black wagyu grilled, seafood bowl, sashimi. Seafood bowl is the best quality and delicious. Especially scallop and Ikura, it's very fresh and sweet. In my opinion, wagyu is a bit chewy but not bad.
Great location. Closed to Nakajima park and walkable to subway in 2 minutes.
