Everything was fine, just the rooms looks a bit old which I recommend to refurbish. Besides, the men’s public bath should be on upper floor but not lowest floor for more privacy.

Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex). The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, no need to say more. The late-night ramen is a highlight!

I stayed in a single room. It was clean and spacious enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The location is a bit out of the way, but it's acceptable if you're taking taxis. It's a very basic hotel option.

The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

It was a rare APA hotel with a Japanese-style room. As it was a Japanese-style room, the room was spacious. I was on a business trip for a week and had a lot of luggage, so the spaciousness was very good.

We got big room with city view. Easy for muslim to pray with the room size. location is superb just near to the city, can access by walking distance. Bus stop just near the hotel, very easy if u want to take bus from hotel to chitose airport.

The hotel is very close to Odori Subway Station, and Sapporo Station is also within walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent, even featuring sweet shrimp tempura. Tanukikoji shopping street is right next door, and Nijo Market is also within walking distance.

This hotel is superb! The only con I noticed is that, during our stay, they didn't remove the ice blocked formed by snow in front of their vicinity. While we notice other hotels do have clean walkway.

It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.

This hotel is super easy to find! It's right there as soon as you exit Nakajima-koen Station (Exit 2). There's also a 7-Eleven on the way, and the bus stop for New Chitose Airport is just about a 5-minute walk, making it a really convenient location. It's only 2-3 stops from Sapporo Station and Odori via the Namboku subway line, so access is excellent. I'd definitely like to stay here again!

I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.

Breakfast is free, and I was surprised at how delicious the broth was for dishes like Nikujaga (meat and potato stew) and Oyako-ni (chicken and egg stew). There was a wide variety of food, and coffee was available in the room, so I was very satisfied! I would like to stay here again ^ ^

Check-out is at a strict 10 AM, which is probably standard for Toyoko Inn in Japan, but it feels a bit too early. Check-in, on the other hand, is precisely at 3 PM, not a minute sooner or later.

The staff cant speak english at all. Check in and check out with passport and so easy, the location near from the Sapporo station. The room was tiny but spacious. Maybe i’ll come back for the next journey at Sapporo👍

It seems this is the first Toyoko Inn in Sapporo, so the facilities are a bit dated. On the day I checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room. When I entered, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, so I had to air it out first. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard and acceptable.

The staff were polite and efficient from check-in to check-out, and requests were handled promptly.

Friendly staff but room is too small if you have two luggages. Moderate twin room is better and staff is flexible to allow change of room type with a top up of the difference.

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator...

The front desk staff were very helpful and easy to understand. The staff were also very considerate, which was great. The only downside was that there was no hotel guide in the room, and the instructions for things like adjusting the room temperature were in small letters that were hard to read. The room was spacious enough with plenty of space for luggage. It would be much better if the lighting was warm yellow. There are many small supermarkets nearby. From 3 PM to 10 PM, they offer welcome drinks, including various hot coffee flavors and several cold beverages, which are at least bottled drink quality. The breakfast tasted really good.
