Everything was fine, just the rooms looks a bit old which I recommend to refurbish. Besides, the men’s public bath should be on upper floor but not lowest floor for more privacy.
Love this , cute room good location and onsen!
Hotel prices in Hokkaido skyrocket during peak season, so luckily I booked early. This hotel's location is unbeatable, right inside 'Li Xiaolu' (assuming this is a specific area or complex). The staff were incredibly warm and attentive. The hotel itself is beautiful, no need to say more. The late-night ramen is a highlight!
Love the hotel, proximity to shopping, airport bus, and easy covered access to the subway and underground walkways. Would definitely stay here again.
Good location near Susukino station right at the Tanukikoji shopping street, near Ichiran & Ippudo if you like the ramen. Not so far from Nakajima park, probably 20 mins walk from Sapporo station, so if you have many luggage probably better take airport bus or just rent car at the airport :)

The entire hotel was impeccably clean, and from the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of cleanliness and security that made my stay very comfortable. The room was just the right size for one person, not cramped at all, and provided a relaxing space. The toilet and water areas were also extremely clean, giving the impression that every detail was well-maintained. While I didn't use the dining or other...
located in a quiet area with convenient access. The room was clean and fairly spacious, with a beautiful view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, it offers good value for money and is a pleasant place to stay in Sapporo.
Since I was traveling by plane, I didn't bring my own toner or other skincare products, so it was great that the amenities included a full set of skincare items like toner and lotion.
I stayed in a single room. It was clean and spacious enough if you're just looking for a place to sleep. The bathroom wasn't a typical unit bath; it had a separate washing area, and the hairdryer was new and easy to use with various settings. The amenity bar and drink server (including coffee) on the first floor were also a nice touch.
It's a bit of a walk from the station, but there are convenience stores and coffee stands nearby, so the location is perfect. The bathrooms and toilets are also very clean, so I'm very satisfied.
The hotel was well-equipped with various amenities, making for a comfortable stay. While the extra beds provided for additional guests made things a bit cramped, I was extremely satisfied with the value for the money. The hotel is also conveniently located, just a five-minute walk from the subway station and bus stop.

Clean room, good breakfast, friendly stuff. Thank you, it was pretty good
The hotel is quite far from the city center. The room was fine.
The location is a bit out of the way, but it's acceptable if you're taking taxis. It's a very basic hotel option.
The facilities was excellent, it is a little bit far from Sapporo station but there are some bus stop options to go to Sapporo station. The food was nice as well as the price is much cheaper compared to other hotels. I went there during the peak season of the snow festival.

The room is huge for a family of 4!
The room was spacious and good.
Great hotel, not to far from subway around 10minutes walk. Have seven 7 beside of it. And lawson just few step away. The room is kinda big for japan hotel. Gor 5 single bed for 5 people. The bathroom also have 3 seperate room. 1 toilet, one for bath, 1 for dressing
We stayed in a standard triple room for a night on 29 July out of 5 hotels in Hokkaido that we had pre-booked and we all agreed that this is the best value hotel which we should have stayed longer instead of switching to another hotel (where room price was double) at the Tanuki Koji shopping arcade after our return from Furano. We like this hotel for the following:- Room was clean, large and spacious...
Staying this hotel the night before we are flying back to Malaysia. The hotel’s layout and decoration is simple and modern. The rate is very competitive. Overall, the experience with this hotel was pleasant. Location: The hotel location is great. It is very close to Susukino where you can shopping and also having your meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner or even supper) there. Odori park is about 10-1...
It was a rare APA hotel with a Japanese-style room. As it was a Japanese-style room, the room was spacious. I was on a business trip for a week and had a lot of luggage, so the spaciousness was very good.

Rooms are about standard size for a hotel in major Japanese city. But the location was pretty nice, a brief 15 to 20 minutes walk to the Odori park and access to major subway lines. Service was good too.
Very good hotel, rooms are clean and staff is nice and accomodating. The location is good but a little far from any public transport. It takes 10-15 minutes to the stations, in that time you can probably walk to your destination. But it's still not too far. Great hotel in general
Clean and comfortable stay. Modest sized rooms. Around 12min walk to susukino. Sucks that they couldn’t let you check-in earlier even if there are already available rooms.
the room was so comfy and clean, the staff are very hospitable, a top-notch hotel I must say. loved the shower had two heads, one from the ceiling and the other handheld.
This is a new hotel chain. they have 2 inside sapporo. this one is a little further away from main street. could be a little bit of luggage dragging if u r coming off airport bus. but service was good. standard budget hotel room size. bathroom quite well equipped. nice water pressure and soap smell very good. overall worth the price.
Clean nice and comfortable. Very convenient as well as there is a lawson just across the street. Breakfast was good and filled with varieties. This hotel has no free parking thou.

Great location. An older hotel but well maintained. You get an actual key for you room, not a card key. You can leave it at the front desk when you leave the hotel so you don’t need to walk around with it. Just need to collect it when you come back. Overall good.
We got big room with city view. Easy for muslim to pray with the room size. location is superb just near to the city, can access by walking distance. Bus stop just near the hotel, very easy if u want to take bus from hotel to chitose airport.
The hotel is very close to Odori Subway Station, and Sapporo Station is also within walking distance. The room was larger than I expected, and the breakfast was excellent, even featuring sweet shrimp tempura. Tanukikoji shopping street is right next door, and Nijo Market is also within walking distance.
The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the alleyways. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop view is fantastic. They offer 24-hour check-in, which is very convenient for late arrivals. The beds are quite comfortable and spacious. Overall, very good.
The hotel location is very near “Tanuki street”, Odori metro station, a few monorail station, Odori Park and Sapporo TV tower. There are the bus direct to go to Otaru, Niseko too!! Nest hotel staff are polite and friendly too! Numerous eating place and convenience stores everywhere
The room was very quiet, with ample spacing between rooms. The hotel breakfast was a delightful surprise—Japanese-style—with fresh sashimi, sweet shrimp, tempura, seafood rice bowls, and more, all served early in the morning. Refills were prompt, and the staff were quick and efficient in attending to each guest in an orderly manner. Additionally, there's an airport bus stop just 100 to 200 meters from...

This hotel is superb! The only con I noticed is that, during our stay, they didn't remove the ice blocked formed by snow in front of their vicinity. While we notice other hotels do have clean walkway.
Delicious breakfast and friendly service.
It's super close to the subway station, so getting around is really easy. The only thing is, the breakfast menu is always the same, no variety at all.
The location was just perfect as it’s nearby the metro station, easier for mobility
Overall, it was pretty good, but on the last night, they didn't provide the bathmat I usually place outside the bathroom door to dry my feet.
This hotel is super easy to find! It's right there as soon as you exit Nakajima-koen Station (Exit 2). There's also a 7-Eleven on the way, and the bus stop for New Chitose Airport is just about a 5-minute walk, making it a really convenient location. It's only 2-3 stops from Sapporo Station and Odori via the Namboku subway line, so access is excellent. I'd definitely like to stay here again!

The service was very polite and the single room was clean and spacious! I would like to stay here again when I go to Hokkaido!
I rented a car. The staff was very friendly and even came out to explain the parking lot to me. There are quite a few restaurants nearby, and the accessibility is convenient.
Breakfast is free, and I was surprised at how delicious the broth was for dishes like Nikujaga (meat and potato stew) and Oyako-ni (chicken and egg stew). There was a wide variety of food, and coffee was available in the room, so I was very satisfied! I would like to stay here again ^ ^

Not far from Sapporo Station. The breakfast was good, and they provided plastic box to take food back to your room.
Check-out is at a strict 10 AM, which is probably standard for Toyoko Inn in Japan, but it feels a bit too early. Check-in, on the other hand, is precisely at 3 PM, not a minute sooner or later.
The staff cant speak english at all. Check in and check out with passport and so easy, the location near from the Sapporo station. The room was tiny but spacious. Maybe i’ll come back for the next journey at Sapporo👍
It seems this is the first Toyoko Inn in Sapporo, so the facilities are a bit dated. On the day I checked in, there were no non-smoking rooms available, so I had to take a smoking room. When I entered, I noticed a strong smell of smoke, so I had to air it out first. Other than that, the cleanliness and amenities were pretty standard and acceptable.
The staff were polite and efficient from check-in to check-out, and requests were handled promptly.
The hotel is very close to Sapporo Station and directly opposite Hokkaido University, making it super convenient for transportation and exploring the area.

nice loaction, nice place for relax after shopping. the room very cozy
The hotel is warm and cozy, with friendly staff who are able to communicate in English. You are allowed to borrow books to read in your room. There is also a nice cafe on the ground floor. The room is spacious and clean. The location is also convenient as it was on the end of the shopping street, where there are not many people around, but you can find a lot of shops and restaurants only few blocks...
Friendly staff but room is too small if you have two luggages. Moderate twin room is better and staff is flexible to allow change of room type with a top up of the difference.
Everything is nice to me but the size of the room.

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, and although it was a bit small, it was incredibly clean and well-arranged! The hotel offers excellent value for money overall. Downstairs at check-in, they provide complimentary toiletries, and even mouthwash, toner, lotion, and makeup remover! I'd give the hotel facilities a perfect score; there's a self-service laundry room, ice machine, microwave, refrigerator...
The room size was decent. It's a bit of a walk to the subway station, but there's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which is quite handy. They don't allow early check-in, not even by an hour, unless you pay an extra fee. It's hotel policy, so I understand.
The breakfast was really nice. Bed was comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly :
The hotel is not far from the subway, so the location is quite convenient. The double bed in the room was a decent size. However, the cleanliness of the toilet needs improvement. They only clean the room once every three nights, and basic room hygiene shouldn't be overlooked.
Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, making it super easy to get around. Great value for money, and super convenient with the tram directly accessible! The room environment is also excellent, very clean, and the staff are all very friendly. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Sapporo!
The hotel is quite nice. From the window, you can see the Former Hokkaido Government Office, and it's not far from the attractions, easily walkable. It's also very convenient to take a bus to nearby cities. Breakfast was just okay, and the hygiene was decent.
Polite and English speaking front desk staff. Spacious room comparing to other hotels in Japan. Renovation needed. Nice restaurants inside hotel, lunch offer in good value. Attentive waiting staff in restaurant.
Overall, no major issues, and the service attitude was very polite. Thank you for arranging the room. However, I'd like to highlight some hygiene concerns: 1. There was a drop of urine stain on the toilet seat. I disinfected it myself with an alcohol wipe. 2. Although the bath towels looked new, I noticed some dust and stains on them. 3. Many hotels have this problem: the headboard is never wiped...
I really loved the hotel's location, right across from the Old City Hall, and just a block away from the Sapporo Station underground passage, making transportation incredibly convenient. The hotel breakfast was very simple; by 9:30 AM, there was practically nothing left to eat. The overall environment was quite good. The room key was very unique.

The room was spacious enough with plenty of space for luggage. It would be much better if the lighting was warm yellow. There are many small supermarkets nearby. From 3 PM to 10 PM, they offer welcome drinks, including various hot coffee flavors and several cold beverages, which are at least bottled drink quality. The breakfast tasted really good.
The hotel is a bit off the main street, which I felt could be a challenge in heavy snow. Based on the bathroom layout, the building seems a bit older, but everything worked fine. The service is fair and reflects the price.
Nice hotel to stat near convinience store and restaurants. Friendly staff and clean room.
The room amenities are a bit dated, but I find that's pretty standard for Japanese hotels. Still, it was good – there was a bedside lamp, a radio, and a heater switch.
