The location is close to Hokkaido University, a bit out of the way. You can walk to Sapporo Station, but there's no underground shopping street nearby. One male staff member, after realizing we didn't speak Japanese, became very rude and inexplicably lost his temper with us. The room was also very small and had no heating.

This place is near Kita-Juni-Jo Station. It's a bit of a walk from Hakodate Station, but if the weather's bad, you can just take the subway. The staff are very polite and friendly. There was a fine layer of black dust on the duvet, but the bedsheets underneath were quite clean. The location is excellent, right next to Tanukikoji Shopping Street and Sapporo TV Tower. The public bath feels a bit dated, and the towel on the floor by the entrance was a little damp. Overall, it's decent for the price.

The room was spacious for one person and since I am big fan of hot springs the fact that the shower was a big public bathtub was very good to me.

The room was slightly congested. It was also a bit congested and somewhat of a hassle to walk to the hotel from the market area during snowfall. Otherwise, everything was good.

The room looks exactly like the pictures, maybe a tiny bit smaller. The parking lot isn't great; it's right on the street and you definitely need a reservation. Otherwise, there's another one nearby that's a little pricier. There's also a Lawson convenience store about a 7-8 minute walk away. The only downside is that there are no smoking rooms.

Close to the bustling area of Susukino and right by the park. Very dated and could be cleaner. I submitted details before arrival and had to enter these again when checking in.

I especially loved that the room had an oil heater! I'm sensitive to air conditioning drafts, so that was a huge relief. Even without the AC on, it stayed warm and cozy, even when it was below freezing outside. Although the building is old, the facilities and plumbing were new and clean, which made my stay very satisfying!

Super comfortable stay for 4 nights, Japanese style room is not big, but enough for my 4 adults. The breakfast was delicious and absolutely great value for a wonderful start to every day of my trip. The stay was good, but I didn't expect the washing machine in this hotel to be so abstract. You need to set the functions manually, and if you don't pick up the clothes on time after washing, you need to call the front desk to pick them up because it will automatically lock.
