Best location Becos it’s only 2 mins walk from Susukono station, 50 m away from the famous Nikka whisky sign. Plenty of foods, pub n shopping around the area. Rooms was bit old, cleanliness so so but if you are looking for a perfect location to stay in Sapporo, Tokyo Rei might be your choice

The location is excellent, right in the heart of Sapporo city center. The subway and bus stops are right outside the door, making it super convenient. You can pretty much walk to all the city's attractions. The room size is decent too; I could easily open my 26-inch suitcase. The cleanliness was good, and the service was quite friendly.

The room size is smaller than my image, the hotel location is at the centre of susukino and short distance to places like sapporo tanukikoji Shopping Arcade and odori park

Great location! It's just a stone's throw from the subway exit, and there's an airport bus stop right across the street. Plus, there's a mall nearby, the Tanukikoji shopping arcade, and plenty of nightlife options. If you keep an eye out, you can often find great deals on the rooms, making it excellent value for money overall.

The staff were warm, attentive, and responsive. The location is convenient, with many great food options nearby.

Perfect hotel for a solo trip! The room size was just right for one person. The location is excellent, with a subway station very close by and an underground passage that takes you directly to any city attraction, shopping center, or JR station, which is incredibly convenient. With the room key card, you can also get discounts at the hotel's partner restaurants! I really loved the window; the view was great!

Traveling with my mom, the hotel breakfast was incredibly lavish! The cleanliness was also great, and the room size was quite good for Japan. The location is absolutely perfect, making it super convenient for dining and shopping nearby. The front desk staff were very friendly too. Plus, you get a discount at the restaurant on the first floor next door if you show your room key, which is a great deal. Overall, highly recommended!

For someone who loves exploring Sapporo, like me, the location is truly excellent. I walked by so many famous landmarks on the way. However, the room was incredibly stuffy, and even opening the window didn't help much. The air outside the room was stuffy too, and there was a musty smell, as if the entire building lacked proper ventilation. As a representative hotel, shouldn't this be addressed?

23.01.2026 Guest

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Susukino subway station, with many shopping areas nearby. It's also a short walk to Tanukikoji and Don Quijote. Plus, there's a Ferris wheel right across the street, which offers a pretty nice view when it snows.

Share your experiences, help others make the right choice!

Think about what you would like to know if you were looking for a review about a place to relax. Please describe in detail what you liked and what you didn't. What would you advise to other guests and to the hotel owner. The more fully you tell about the hotel, the easier it will be for other people to make a choice and they will be very grateful to you!
