The location of the hotel was excellent. It was in the middle of susukino and was a 5 min walk to susukino train station.
The room was a little small, typical of a Japanese hotel in the prime area.

Recommend for solo, couple and group traveller without car. Not recommend for family traveller with car.

Location is good. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Room is not tidy daily. Breakfast is cold

Has an elevator car parking space, not free, snow wont be a problem.

Room is very small with a very limited space even to keep your luggage, the window watches on the next building and can’t be open. Staff barely speak English and they are not polite. Funded hair and dust in the bed

Room is bit dated, and too small for 2 people. Luggage doesn’t have any space to open. Perfect for solo traveller
Earthquake happened and emergency exit was outdoor stairs in the freezer, might not be the safest with slippery cold steps from 11th floor

My stay at Quintessa Hotel Sapporo Susukino this time was absolutely fantastic! The location is superb; it's right in the heart of bustling Susukino, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and dining. While the room wasn't huge, it was spotlessly clean, efficiently laid out, and all the facilities felt brand new. The front desk staff spoke fluent English and provided incredibly warm and attentive service, making us feel completely at home. It offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapporo and will definitely be staying here again on my next trip!
