There are many shops (convenience stores, restaurants) nearby, so I use this hotel because it's in a good location. I was working in my room until after 11:00 in the morning, so I put up the "No cleaning required" sign. After that, when I went out, I removed the sign. I didn't mind if my room hadn't been cleaned, but when I returned at night, it was nice and clean, so I was happy. Thank you for your consideration.

The room was nice, although the price was a bit high during the National Day holiday. The environment was pleasant, and the room had a small refrigerator. The hotel didn't have a microwave, which made me feel safer.

Close to the metro and train station, but a bit of a walk. The view from the window is of a wall, and the room is quite cramped, but fine for a short stay.

I stayed at Cros Wave Umeda and had a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent — just about a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The room was spacious with a private bathroom, and it was cleaned daily, which I really appreciated. They even let me use the laundry facilities after the official hours, which was a nice gesture.

Overall, a comfortable stay in a convenient location. Highly recommended!

This space is also used for seminars and other events, and there were no regular tourists or guests, so it was quiet and clean. ✨

Also, because it's geared towards business travelers, there was a suit iron and a desk as spacious as a study, so it was very comfortable!

However, it's too far from transportation hubs. Not recommended.

The furniture in the rooms is well-arranged to avoid the cramped feeling typical of Japanese hotels. The lobby is also spacious and comfortable.

There was a conference room and a space for working on a computer, so even though I booked the hotel at short notice, I was able to work efficiently the next day as well!
I would definitely use it again.

Quiet difficult to follow the direction. I'm not a 'map girl' and so many times I failed in reading maps. So hopefully oneday you can have apps that will be easier for person like me to follow the directionm Thank you.
