Perfect hotel and stay in Osaka! The location was so convenient as it was connected to Namba station and restaurants and shopping was steps away. Room was also impeccably clean and beds were super comfortable. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

The hotel is brand new overall! The service is also excellent! The bedding is comfortable, and both the bath and shower are great (though the automatic toilet is hard to love, haha). There's a convenience store right downstairs! Across the street is either Daimaru or OIOI (I can't quite remember). It's super convenient to get to Shinsaibashi. It's a real bang for your buck! I'd definitely stay here again!! Oh, one thing: sometimes you can hear motorcycles at night, if you know, you know. If you prefer absolute quiet, you might want to consider that.

The room size is pretty good for a Japanese city hotel. The service was excellent, and they even had staff who spoke Chinese, so communication was a breeze. The location is super convenient with direct subway access from basement B1, making it easy to get anywhere.

Great service and hospitality. Reception and customer service was good. Room housekeeping was excellent too. Great location and accessibility.

The transportation is incredibly convenient, with a subway station right downstairs. The room was standard, but the breakfast was quite disappointing; there was hardly anything appealing to eat. The biggest plus is definitely the excellent transport links. You can take the subway directly from the airport, and the subway station even connects straight to the hotel.

Very convenient stay. The hotel is link to Namba station and many famous malls, streets. Highly recommended to stay in there. Nice design building

Upon arrival, they provided a children's amenity kit and slippers, and impressively, they replaced them with a fresh set every single day! The hotel is directly connected to Namba Station's Exit 12 via an elevator, offering seamless access from the underground level straight up. There's also a FamilyMart right at the hotel's back door, which was perfect for picking up daily essentials like lotions and makeup remover. Honestly, you barely need to pack anything for your trip – it's incredibly convenient! At check-out, there was a 2000 JPY charge, which I presume was a local tax.

The hotel boasts an excellent location with convenient transportation access; there's a subway station right outside, and the surrounding commercial area is vibrant, making dining and shopping incredibly easy. The room was clean and tidy, offering a broad, quiet view from the higher floor. The service was warm and attentive.

Very close to the train station, there is an exit directly connected to the hotel. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Room is cozy and clean. Breakfast buffet is also with variety of choices.

The rooms are very modern, the service is warm and friendly, and the breakfast offers a delicious mix of Chinese and Western options. The room layout is excellent, and the hot springs are incredibly relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel; it's also conveniently located for shopping and dining.
