The food in the breakfast session is just above average, no big surprise. Others are excellent.

The location is nice as you have shelter to the Osaka Station. Will recommend the others to stay.

Not the hotels’ fault that I picked this location, most of the food and shopping we wanted was just a train ride away.
Getting into the hotel between 3 and 4pm was difficult because of check in being on the second floor and buses of guests arriving at that time. All were using the lifts to get to reception, so we had to go somewhere else while the new arrivals checked in.

The location is good surrounding with lots of resturant and shops. JR stations are also nearby. I ordered goods twice  from Amazon Japan delivered to hotel and the services were very good.

Monterey Group hotels really have great taste! Definitely worth staying at!

This is a strictly non-smoking hotel, but they do have a dedicated smoking room. The location is decent, but the cleanliness was just okay, and the rooms were quite small. Be aware that prices can increase significantly during peak season.

The hotel's location is truly excellent. We chose this hotel after traveling from Kyoto to Osaka. After getting off at Osaka Station, simply follow the signs for Kitashinchi and walk in that direction. As you approach the end of the passage, you'll eventually spot Exit 43. Take the elevator up, and you'll see a drugstore. The hotel's front desk is on the 2nd floor, accessible via the alleyway to the right of the drugstore.

The hotel offers amenities like ice, coffee, a microwave, and a lounge area. They also provide a generous supply of disposable toiletries. It's conveniently located within walking distance of shopping areas. Taking the underground passage is cool and only takes about 5 minutes. Walking above ground might actually be quicker, though it can get a bit hot.

For directions to the Kansai Airport Limousine Bus: Exit the hotel, turn left onto the main road, and walk for two blocks. Then, cross the road and continue straight. After you see the Daimaru department store, turn left again. This will lead you to the bus stop for Kansai Airport. The ticket costs 1800 JPY. The location I mentioned is the initial boarding point for the bus.

The location is incredibly convenient, right next to Umeda and Osaka, with several smaller train stations easily accessible. There's a convenience store right downstairs, and plenty of dining options just a short walk away.

Overall, the place was very clean, tidy, and a decent size.

The only downside was the sheer number of izakayas on the ground floor, leading to many touts or promoters trying to solicit customers.

This was the last hotel we stayed at during our trip. The cleanliness was a bit lacking compared to other hotels; I noticed some dust on the tables. They do offer laundry service, but you might have to queue. The communal bathrooms were acceptable. The location was decent; it's quite convenient to walk here from Umeda by following the signs towards Kitashinchi. For a hotel in Umeda, the room was actually quite spacious.
