The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance of Namba Station and Ebisucho Metro Station. There are many restaurants nearby, and there’s no need to worry about getting hungry late at night, as multiple convenience stores are located in the area.

Staying at Nipponbashi Crystal Hotel Namba was a comfortable and convenient experience, especially for exploring Osaka. We had a great stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and clean. Location is grea for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. Thank you for giving us a relaxing experience!

Visited in November, the price was quite steep. The location is decent, about 400 meters from the subway station, and Dotonbori isn't far, so I walked there every day. Food nearby is a bit pricey. The room is tiny, super small, and the hallways have glass railings.

A very pleasant experience. It's tucked away in the Dongshan area, but all the surrounding amenities are complete. The room was neat, clean, spacious, and bright. The evening buffet offered mini hot pots. The hot spring area was large, with 4-5 pools. In winter, soaking in the hot springs while enjoying the snowy scenery would be quite delightful. There's a small bus terminal right outside the hotel, which is very convenient.

Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay at Nihonbashi Crystal Hotel!

* **Location:** Within walking distance of Namba and Nihonbashi stations. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, making it very easy to get to Kuromon Market and Shinsekai.
* **Room:** Although not large, it was very clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained.
* **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly, and check-in and check-out were very smooth. Even with limited language skills, they tried their best to help.
* **Amenities:** There's a free drink machine in the lobby, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel overall is quiet, so I slept very well at night.
* **Price:** For a location like this in Osaka, the room rate is truly a bargain – extremely good value for money.
