Very nice hotel with spacious rooms by Japanese standards. This is not a tiny business hotel. Once you get a hang of underground the location is amazing. Basement level 1 empties in underground by dotour coffee shop then it’s a straight shot to Osaka station city. You could spend several days of your trip shopping and eating inside this station and at the many above ground neighboring streets. Price not bad for the location and room size. If you are nervous about small rooms in Japan you should go here. Lobby space small and restaurant looked a bit fancy for me. Staff very nice and helpful. Daily housekeeping a plus.

Great location, very clean, and the service was warm and attentive. The room facilities were excellent, and the room itself was quite spacious and bright.

The hotel locates about 10 minutes walk from osaka jr Station and can easily accessed via the underground even in rainy weather.
The staff are nice and efficient. The rooms are very clean and are reasonable sized in osaka standard at this price. We were happy with the stay there.

This Hotel is excellent, 5min - 8min from Osaka Station, the reception is big clean, the front desk people is super friendly!! The room is quite big in City area. Me and my wife experience is excellent. A big thumbs up to this Hotel!!

This is our first time staying at Osaka Station’s area, this hotel comes up as our top choice. Room was bigger than most hotel in the same price range.

Bed was good enough for a good night of rest since we spent most of the time out in Osaka.

Do take note that there is no shower gel as there only soap bar given, do get any shower gel of your choice from any drug store around Osaka.

Booked accomodation on booking.com and was told all taxes were including, on arrival we were charged accommodation tax, after the first night we went out for the day and came to $700 missing from my suitcase, spoke to reception and they weren’t helpful at all and made wait nearly 2 hours to check camera footage, they were laughing and been very rude, I highly recommend not staying here due to the theft and low service from staff.

The hotel is lovely, and the room was spotlessly clean. It's perfectly situated in a business district, surrounded by office buildings. Directly below, there's a lively underground shopping street bustling with various eateries, shops, and drug and cosmetic stores, making it ideal for anyone who loves to shop. As is common with Japanese hotels, the room was quite compact. We barely managed to fit our large suitcase, and once it was squeezed in, we had to step over it to move around the room.

The hotel boasts an excellent location, with direct access to Umeda Subway Station from its B1 level. Rooms are well-equipped and clean. The service is good, and daily housekeeping ensures everything is spotless. I would definitely book this hotel again.

The lobby is breathtakingly beautiful, truly a dream. The breakfast spread was generous and offered excellent value. The rooms were incredibly spacious, and the amenities provided were exquisite. The service was attentive and meticulous. Check-in and check-out were swift and efficient, and luggage storage was very convenient. Overall, I was thoroughly satisfied. I will definitely come back next time!
