This is my third time booking here, and the location is unbeatable! It's so convenient to get anywhere. The drugstore downstairs even has some items that feel cheaper than Don Quijote! You can pop down and compare for yourselves.

Hotel beside subway.. very convenient. Outside quiet as it is a station away from the umeda area.. nice place to stay m good hotel..

Overall, this hotel performs well and is a solid choice for business accommodation.

In terms of facilities, the rooms are on the more compact side for a business hotel, and the air conditioning only offers fan speed adjustment. However, all equipment is functioning properly and meets basic usage needs.

Hygiene is well-maintained, with no noticeable issues found.

The surrounding area is very convenient, just a few steps from Higobashi subway station, making travel incredibly easy. Additionally, a Daikoku Drugstore is directly accessible from the hotel's ground floor, which is great for shopping.

Service was satisfactory; the front desk staff were professional and courteous, always providing service with a smile and a friendly attitude.

Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is highly recommended.

The hotel's location is excellent; it's just across a small street from an elevator entrance to Higobashi Subway Station, making subway travel incredibly convenient. For a single room, it's quite spacious – I could even open up my 28-inch suitcase. Plus, the hotel's decor feels quite new overall. I'd definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Osaka.

This is a great hotel. Check-in, getting around, and check-out are all very convenient. The hotel has excellent facilities, consistently good as always. Downstairs, there's a buffet and a duty-free drugstore, and there are all sorts of restaurants nearby. It's about a 15-minute walk to Umeda and the airport bus stop. Superb!

The hotel's location is decent, quite close to the subway station. However, be aware that the subway line going towards Umeda leads to Nishi-Umeda, which is still quite a distance from Umeda Station itself. The room was small, and the bathroom was tiny. The main issue was that the toilet faced a wall, and due to the close proximity, it was very awkward after using the facilities. They don't provide any complimentary water bottles in the room, so remember to buy your own. Also, families traveling with children should pay close attention to the age policy. If your child is over 6 years old, they won't be considered a child; they'll be charged as an adult, which adds a significant amount to the cost.

The environment is great, very clean, and the service is excellent. They have a Chinese-speaking front desk for check-in, and the location is super close to downtown shopping centers. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel; it's a five-minute, five-stop ride to Umeda city center, which is very convenient. There's also a subway station next to the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere.

The hotel boasts a very convenient location. It's right at Exit 10 of Higobashi Station on the Yotsubashi Line. There's a mini Daikoku drugstore downstairs, and a Starbucks and Matsuya restaurant are just across the street. The room is a bit on the small side overall, but it's perfectly adequate for basic needs.

It's pretty good. The location is convenient, with lots of ramen shops, yakiniku restaurants, izakayas, convenience stores, and drugstores nearby, giving it a lively, local feel. It's about a ten-minute walk from Osaka Station.

Location was next to subway and it works till midnşght. There is 7 eleven under hotel. Also starbucks is on the other side. Room was comfy and quiet for sleeping. Aircondition was very good. Bathroom was good. Laundry at 4th floor and around 5 dolar. There are only 4-5 machines so you might have problem on the line . Also my wise and debit card payment didnt work and l couldnt wash. Prepare your coins(100 yen only) check in was smooth. If you find a good price, you can consider it.
