Newly open hotel in Umeda area. Location is convenient but it’s not close to Osaka station, be prepared for about 15mins walk from Osaka Station. Room is in normal size in Japan standard but the space are well managed. Lobby is nice and cozy with lounge providing different kinds of food and snacks. Totally recommend for this price range if you don’t mind a bit of walk to the station.

The hotel is very spacious with nearly all-day lounge to hang out with snacks and drinks as the key signature. The staffs are all service-minded and friendly. The public bath service is also the great facility I have enjoyed as well. The location of hotel requires you to walk moderatedly from the Osaka station, yet the hotel location itself is surrounded by metros, convenient stores, drug stores, and restaurants.

The hotel is conveniently located between JR Osaka Station and Umeda subway stations, about a 10–12 minute walk, and can be easily accessed via elevated walkways.

In the afternoon, the hotel offers complimentary afternoon tea, and in the evening there is a free lounge with unlimited drinks and light snacks, which is a great bonus.

Guests can enjoy the large public bath both in the morning and at night, with the last entry available until 1:00 a.m. The hotel also provides a wide range of skincare products and amenities for guests, which adds extra comfort to the stay.

There are two convenience stores and a drugstore right next door, and just one street away is a lively shopping street with a shrine, making the area both convenient and enjoyable to explore.

Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money and exceeded my expectations.

This was a great hotel for a great price. Every night the hotel offers free drinks to all guests. There are loads of nice skincare amenities available and the spa is spotless! Staff are super nice and welcoming, the buffet breakfast offers all the local specialties in case you miss anything. I would definitely stay again!

This hotel is conveniently located about a 10-minute walk from Osaka Station's Umeda South Exit, making it easy to get anywhere. They offer complimentary afternoon tea on the first floor, and free drinks and snacks after 5 PM. There's also a hot spring on the second floor. For a hotel in the Umeda area, this offers excellent value for money. I'm very satisfied.

I had to change my booking last minute and ended up at this hotel. It's not far from the commercial district, has a large public bath, and isn't too old, so it was the best last-minute option. The hygiene was good, and the front desk service was excellent. I didn't have breakfast, but I saw they offer afternoon tea and dinner, which is a nice touch.

My partner said the hotel offered the best breakfast out of our three nights in Japan. It had a great variety of both Western and Asian dishes.

I joined the first session of the premium lounge in the evening. I was pleasantly surprised by the curation of different side dishes to pair with wine, cocktails, sake, and more. It’s a bit unfortunate that access is limited to one hour, but I understand the policy.

The public bath was good, though the women’s bath was missing a Finnish sauna. The steam sauna also had a slight smell.

The staff were very kind and kept our luggage until the evening before we caught our bus.

It's a bit of a walk from the subway station, but it definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of value for money. The design and comfort were great. I got a fantastic night's sleep on my first day of vacation, which set me up perfectly for the rest of my trip.
