The room was nice, although the price was a bit high during the National Day holiday. The environment was pleasant, and the room had a small refrigerator. The hotel didn't have a microwave, which made me feel safer.

The room was clean, tidy, and spacious, making for a very comfortable stay. The surrounding area has a complete range of commercial facilities, making dining, accommodation, and transportation very convenient. I recommend visiting the nearby Shinsaibashi for photos and delicious food.

The hotel is great, very close to the subway station, and the room is very clean! The hotel facilities are also complete. Toiletries need to be picked up next to the front desk, but it's comprehensive and convenient. The room is a bit small but sufficient.

The room is a bit too old looking but still clean. Hotel has a smoke area by the entrance which is quite bothersome. There is no common area to sit and chill out just like any other hotels. The room also has no air condition. If you need good air ventilation, you need to leave windows open which can be very noisy as the hotel is right beside a main street, many emergency cars passby.

Nice hotel, good breakfast, onsen is the best! Be prepared that the shower is on the first floor in the onsen and asses to it is at certain hours.

Location is very accessible from Shin Oosaka station. The breakfast choices exceed my expectation, with a very affordable optional charge, the food menu was great, roast beef and fruits were heaven ❤️The service exceeded my expectation. Enjoyed the ONSEN as well❤️

The rooms are not all the big (bigger compared to other hotels in Japan) a travellers hotel that offers convenience. Staff struggle a bit with English but is good and very helpful.

It was a great location. Super close to the train station as well as the shopping district. Krispy Kreme and Starbucks is right by the hotel and there are so many stores near by. The room itself is okay. We had a queen bed and a loft bed that fits one teenager or two small children. It was a bit cramped, but it worked for what we needed. Staff was pretty friendly! Will most likely use this hotel again

Excellent Service. Close to the subway. Hotel comes with a free cell phone that you are able to have free Wi-Fi and free international calls. They have free breakfast in the morning. Extremely close to a Street Mall.

The place is a bit old but the rooms are very large and comfortable.

If you are lucky and have a dorm room to yourself (which may happen quite frequently, because this hostel doesn't seem to get many visitors), then it's better than a hotel, with your own balcony looking out onto Nagai Park and a really nice common bath. No towels, no breakfast/dinner unless you reserve well ahead.

I had stayed at this Youth Hostel back in Jan 2008. I'd have written this review sooner, but haven't had the time to until now.
