BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! Very clean and all staff amazing, especially Quyen who kindly did our check in and was polite and helpful. Did not need room cleaning as only stayed 2 days but room was clean and had everything needed. (Hair drier, teas, water). Great stay.
Excellent location, very close to Jusan (Juso) subway station, making it easy to get to Umeda. It's quiet despite being in a bustling area, so it's not noisy at night. There are also many restaurants nearby. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Osaka.
The environment is great and the service is excellent! Really good! The only minor downside was the breakfast, which was a little disappointing.
It's relatively clean. There are many food options in the Thirteenth District. The room isn't very big.
The hotel is much larger than other hotels. Nice and clean. The front desk staff can speak some English. The room is comparatively larger than other hotels', too. Highly recommend.
About 10minutes walk from Juso station (Hankyu Line) Exit West gate, there are a lot of restaurants nearby Juso station. There are convenience stores near to Hotel. I was given twin bed room in 14 floor by the reception . The room is comfortable, and have good view from window.

Hotel Kansai, Osaka1 / 23

Osaka, 9-15 Togano-cho (in the centre) 🧭 Map
Highly recommend Hotel Kansai for solo travelers! The best part is the easy access—you can use the underground Whity Umeda walk (Exit M14) to avoid the rain and crowds. It’s right in the heart of the action, so you can explore the Umeda Sky Building or Hep Five and be back in your room in minutes. Simple, clean, and perfectly situated for anyone who wants to spend their time exploring rather than commuting
I stayed at Hotel Kansai for four nights. Overall, the room was pretty good — comfortable and clean. The bathroom is very small, but that’s fairly standard for Japan, so no real surprise there. The staff were great and very friendly, although check-in is self-service, so you don’t really need much help anyway. There were a few negatives that are worth mentioning. One small but disappointing issue...
I frequently stay at this hotel! The renovated rooms are great and very comfortable! It's also quiet! Perfect for a solo traveler! The front desk service is good too! A special shout-out to the breakfast – it's absolutely delicious! Eating a hearty breakfast and starting a beautiful day is a great choice! I recommend choosing a higher floor for excellent views!
easy check in and check out. able to keep my luggage before check in at 1500
The room was very clean; although a bit small, it had everything we needed. The breakfast was plentiful, especially the Chinese food options. The location is excellent, very close to JR Osaka Station and Umeda Station, making transportation very convenient. There are also many pubs, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby, so finding places to eat or shop for groceries was a breeze.
The hotel's location is pretty good, close to Umeda and Osaka Station. The facilities are basic, but it's clean enough, especially considering the price. If your trip mainly involves just coming back to the hotel to sleep, it's perfectly adequate. After a long day of exploring, that moment of lying down is truly wonderful.

Super good location. Come with free drinks till late night. Near public transport. Love the compress packing machine.
The accommodation is located close to the subway station, making transportation very convenient. Four of us stayed in the room with four large suitcases, which fit the space just right. The room also has a bathtub, and the bed is soft and very comfortable for sleeping. The room was clean, and the food was delicious. The hotel is right next to Lawson 108 and a coffee shop, and it is also located in...
Room is good and location is excellent. There is a convience store right below the hotel makes it easy for U to buy anything. Free laundry & drying service..less den 5mins walk to namba station
The hotel is perfectly located near major shopping spots and a variety of restaurants. It's within easy walking distance to the Glico sign. Additionally, the breakfast offers a great selection of dishes. Best of all, they offer free-flow drinks. It’s a huge plus for those who enjoy a few drinks in the evening!
Great location with everything you need. The hotel has a free drink and snack service plus free washer and dryer. They also have a vacuum bag provide for those who need to save space in the luggage. The down side is the hotel is right inside the shopping area and the room seems o be aging and may require renovation soon.
Very convenient to all shopping and restaurants love the location will be come back as well

InterContinental Osaka by IHG, Osaka1 / 26

Osaka, 3-60, Ofuka-cho Kita-ku (2 km from centre) 🧭 Map
The hotel isn't right in the heart of Umeda, but on the upside, it's much quieter. It's about a 10-minute walk to Hankyu and a 15-minute walk to Hanshin, which is totally acceptable. The room was really spacious for Osaka standards, and we had a very comfortable stay. There's also an amazing yakitori place nearby called Matsuri that's a must-try!
The InterContinental Osaka is, without a doubt, the best hotel I've ever stayed in when it comes to service. The housekeeping is virtually perfect; even the toiletries and skincare products on the bathroom counter are artfully arranged. The hotel's location is excellent – you step right out and start shopping. Plus, the rooms are incredibly spacious. A huge thumbs up!
Great location, and the room had a fantastic view and was very spacious. It's hard to find such a large room in Osaka, so I'm very satisfied.
The hotel's location is excellent, with great transportation links to all areas, making it convenient to get anywhere. The room is also very spacious, especially for Japan. However, the breakfast was just average and not very varied. Overall, it was decent, and I would consider staying at the Intercontinental again if the price is right next time.
Excellent stay! The room was very spacious, and the facilities and service were consistently up to InterContinental standards. The view from the window was great, offering a glimpse of the red Ferris wheel. The location is superb, right next to Osaka Station and Umeda Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of shops and restaurants nearby, so dining, drinking, and shopping...
The room was spacious with a great view. It's about an 8-minute walk to Umeda Hankyu Department Store. We didn't book breakfast, but there's a semi-buffet breakfast place on the first floor of the mall downstairs that was really good. The room layout was bright, spacious, and stylish.

Overall it is a decent place to go with kids, but it seems like they are not doing so well about the maintenance. The hot stone bath was nice, there was nobody there when I went but the cd player got broken all of a sudden and the water dispenser did not cool the water and was just a pet bottle. The gym is well equipped and the kids play area is also nice but by lack of staff nobody really cleans up...
This review is based on a visit with my four-year-old son. This place delivers exceptional value. It’s especially great for families with young children, with plenty of features that kids will enjoy. The room may feel small depending on your group size or personal preferences, but since this isn’t a resort-style stay, it didn’t feel like an issue for us. If you’re staying around Tennōji, there’s no...
Very convenient location. Close to the train station. I always stayed here for work, but lately the character of the hotel changed to one for parents with small children - they even have baby food in the restaurant. Super convenient if you are a mom with tods. Not ideal for a business stay anymore, but recommended for families as the whole hotel is based on providing fun for children. Service is friendly...
If you have kids this place is heaven. So good, it’s hard to leave. Staff were great, room was brilliant, food delicious. Loved it. If you have a family, this is the hotel to book!
Affordable hotel near train station. The room is pretty tight but amenities, toilet, bathtub, shower were great! Coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, hair curler and charging chords were all provided. We love the attentive staff and free food and drink services with so many choices. We’re a group of adults who enjoyed staying at this hotel very much. Families with...

I don’t remember I have anything to complaint about.
Satisfying experience under any aspects. The room is spacious and clean. Very easy access and not too noisy. The bath is very comfortable and you can use the washer machine in case of necessity. I'll recommend it for short business trips or family excursions.
The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The included breakfast was a nice bonus, and the location made it easy to access everywhere
Booked two rooms. Had daily breakfast. Delightful. Will come back all over again. Hopefully they do start to provide more amenities like in the past. It's a hassle now we have to ask from the reception. And so many things are payable or not available. :(
Very good and excellent in service
Location wise : I think really a bit far from subway station, especially if we are doing day trips to Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Distance walk to dotonbori consider ok. Service : I book this hotel is because I thought is hotel service which provides daily cleaning but daily cleaning is just fixing bed sheets, if want to change bedsheet or wash toilets, there will be extra fees. Such a spacious room, which is a rare find in Japan, with a large bed and a beautiful, expansive view. The service was even better than excellent! My child accidentally left a beloved toy behind during check-out, and after contacting the hotel, they responded immediately and helped mail it back to us. Truly a 100% all-around fantastic experience!
The environment: The view from the hotel room was absolutely stunning! I stayed for three days and two nights, and both the mornings and sunsets were incredibly beautiful. The rest of the time, I was out exploring and eating! Hygiene: The room was spacious and clean. I booked a triple room, and it was perfectly fine for three people. Excellent location, with a well-equipped commercial street downstairs. It's very close to Daimaru, Osaka Station, and Sanbangai. The hotel is old but kept very clean, and the service is decent. The breakfast environment is great, offering panoramic views of Osaka.
One of the best Hotel in Japan so far I stayed, Very Spacious Service Tip Top Security Quite Environment Convenient for the mart (7eleven, family mart and Lawson) Walking distance to Umeda because we want to shop the Don Quijote in Umeda (24hrs) shop. Very Good experience with the Hotel
Large room with unbelievable unblock view. Spacious bathroom with bathtub and shower sections. Service from hotel staff was impeccable. Our club triple room was incredibly clean, offering a panoramic view of the city. Below, the intricate Japanese railway system stretched out. The surroundings are great, shopping is convenient, and there's a wide variety of food options. The hotel is cozy with excellent facilities. The breakfast buffet, combined with a la carte options, was delicious!
Great location, excellent service.
I’m a usual customer of Regis Osaka, thanks to its excellent service from the moment that I enter the premise. The friendly, helpful and thoughtful front office and concierge staffs differentiate the Regis brand ! Champagne sabering daily is a highlight!
Location is great. Within walking distance to train station and many places of interests. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Polite staff and impeccable service. Valet parking is 3500 JPY per day and you don't need to worry about anything else.
The service crews were top notched. The room was clean and smell good. Toilet was a little old and some doors are light and should build in soft closing. I could door banging noise beside my room. Their additional complimentary services, such as iron pressing was great. Breakfast spread was good and fulfilling too.
The hotel location is great and easy to walk around exploring right in the middle of the city and you will find this gem ramen store open 24/7! The only disappointment was with the butler service or more the non existent butler service. Good overnight stay! Bathroom was very clean and although small, they were able to put in a bathtub 😁. Location was great! A lot of restaurants around the area and some were even open til morning which was convenient for is since we arrived around 10pm.
Very convenient location, only a short walk to Dotonbori. The room was comfortable and well-suited for a couple’s stay.
Nice location, easy access to different public transportation
The staff are very friendly; they call a taxi for us and bring me an umbrella on rainy days.
The room was incredibly small with very few amenities. It's within walking distance to Shinsaibashi and Namba, but getting to Universal Studios requires three transfers. There are no convenience stores nearby, and the closest Aeon store doesn't have much to offer.
The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the subway station and consists of two buildings: the main building and an annex. The rooms aren't huge, but they're a good size for hotels in the same price range. Good location and price. If coin laundering is available it would be better.
It looks okay but the breakfast is not so hot as well as the coffee.
The room was tiny, the tissues were flimsy, the slippers were thin, and the bathroom was miniature.
Pros: Convenient location, clean and tidy. Cons: The Wi-Fi signal was too weak and kept disconnecting, so I had to use my own mobile data. The air conditioning couldn't be adjusted; the hotel had it set to cool, so the room was always blowing cold air. If you felt cold, your only option was to turn it off. The day I stayed, the temperature dropped, and even without the AC, a single duvet wasn't enough...

I'll definitely stay here again. The surrounding area is really convenient, with a convenience store right downstairs. Shinsaibashi is just a few minutes' walk, and there's an airport shuttle bus stop right across the street. Highly recommend!
It's pretty good. It's super close to Shinsaibashi, just one street away, which is really convenient. The subway station is handy too. Downstairs there's a 24-hour ramen shop, and Don Quijote is also very nearby. Perfect!
The Japanese here are comically disorganized. The hotel sign was only in Katakana, with no Kanji or English. Despite being someone who can usually communicate freely in both English and Japanese, I ended up circling the building three times, totally lost. I even asked a Vietnamese girl for directions, and she sent me the wrong way! Dragging my suitcase, completely drenched, it finally dawned on me...
The hotel's location is excellent; it's a 3-minute walk from Nihonbashi, and right across the street, there's an airport limousine bus stop (near HEYTEA). The room was significantly larger than what you'd typically find in Korea. Its location is excellent and easy to spot, right on the main street. The hotel locates about 10 minutes walk from osaka jr Station and can easily accessed via the underground even in rainy weather. The staff are nice and efficient. The rooms are very clean and are reasonable sized in osaka standard at this price. We were happy with the stay there.
This Hotel is excellent, 5min - 8min from Osaka Station, the reception is big clean, the front desk people is super friendly!! The room is quite big in City area. Me and my wife experience is excellent. A big thumbs up to this Hotel!!
Very nice hotel with spacious rooms by Japanese standards. This is not a tiny business hotel. Once you get a hang of underground the location is amazing. This is our first time staying at Osaka Station’s area, this hotel comes up as our top choice. Room was bigger than most hotel in the same price range. Bed was good enough for a good night of rest since we spent most of the time out in Osaka. Do take note that there is no shower gel as there only soap bar given, do get any shower gel of your choice from any drug store around Osaka.

Primarily a lovely cafe, with accommodation almost as an afterthought. Cafe staff are super friendly and professional. Front desk staff are sweet but clearly not used to hotel work (a little clumsy with check-in, etc.). The building is old, but very well cleaned and maintained. Quirky but pleasant.
Good option for coeliacs, it’s not easy to find gluten free options in Japan, particularly for breakfast, and the avocado toast was really good. The room was a decent size and had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Osaka, we had a double room with a private bathroom, there’s a 7-11 a few doors down and the subway just a few more. The Onsen was small but nice after a day of walking.
We were on the 7th floor and the room was on central AC. The room was hot with 5 people in it and made it difficult to sleep well. The onsen was a nice feature and the only place to shower. Also a nice coffee shop on the first floor. Very convenient location for the train station.
Booked at morning box from Thursday to Sunday (3 nights)(40’000 yen). The hotel is mediocre, some rooms don’t have showers, they let you shower in the public baths but ONLY during opening hours.. (6:30-10:00 / 16:00-02:00) so if you wanna sleep in and shower later than 10am it’s not possible, same if you go out until late and wanna shower in the night.. they don’t warn you about that when you book...

The hotel's interior design and decor are excellent, and the staff are very hospitable. However, the location leaves much to be desired – it's right next to a busy road. The location is good , which is quite near to metro station , and there is a convenience store right beside the hotel entrance . Lastly , their breakfast - BREADS is awesome !
They gave me a smoking room even though I had my child with me, and it smelled terrible. I don't recommend it. The breakfast was also very mediocre.

The best stay in my life. The room was a small one, but cozy enough for us to forget about it. Japanese traditional style + comfy pillows made it worth all the money. And a really convenient location to get to the subway and airport line without stairs and narrow streets is a plus
1. The location is close to Nankai Namba Line, which is convenient for taking a train to the airport. 2. The hotel is located in a bustling commercial area, making dining and shopping very convenient. 3. The room isn't huge, but the space is perfectly adequate. 4.
