The hotel staff are very helpful—they are friendly, cheerful, and communicate very well in English.

However, my room seems so humid, and there was mold on some parts of the wall.
Honestly, I didn’t feel comfortable staying in the room and preferred to spend more time outside rather than back room.
Convenient location for shopping and metro but that's where the pros end.
Our bathroom was filled with mould, even with the bathroom fan on 24/7 it was still super humid, stained bedsheets, dusty/dirty floor, weather stripping on the window was missing so all the outside noise came in, elevator was slow and disorganized. Inaccessible entrance to building involves a flight a stairs just to get to the elevator
