I left a piece of luggage in the room, and they actually threw it away without even apologizing. I'm furious. Their attitude was absolutely terrible.

The hotel is in a really great location, but the problem is the lack of space. You can't even keep your suitcases open, as there's only about 20 cm between the foot of the bed and the wall. There were three of us, and I think it was supposed to be a room for four, which is really impractical for so many people. Otherwise, it was good.

Location-wise quite far from the main area.
The hotel is old and small, carpet looks dirty.
No luggage storage so I had to carried my luggage around.
The staff can't speak English and not friendly at all.
It's ok that she didn't have a smile on her face but at least not to be so rude!
I do not recommend this hotel.

Excellent! Both the environment and hygiene were spot on. Thumbs up! The room was quite spacious, with enough room for two suitcases. The service was also great, and it was very convenient that the front desk had a translator. Overall, a fantastic stay!

We have our vacation on this Malaysia school holiday, and having our Osaka trip and booking on this hotel, I think this is apartment and refurbished into a hotel, the space inside the room is quite small, but it’s ok for us. The receptionist when we check in is good in service, but when we check out, the receptionist is not the same as we check in, the emotional of the receptionist is very worse ever, we just wanna ask something for help, but what she can just said:I don’t know English, only Japanese. This is really unacceptable service!!!

During my three-night stay, we experienced no hot water for showers on two evenings, and even a complete water outage at times. To make matters worse, it was the first time I've ever encountered a hotel that couldn't store guests' luggage on check-out day. Consequently, I had no choice but to drag my bags to a nearby station and pay to store them.

Located right by Sakuragawa Station, it's just a 7-8 minute walk to JR Namba Station. The room was a bit small, but clean enough. A good feature for families with kids is that the two beds can be pushed together. Overall, it offers pretty good value for money.

Hotel is within walkable distance to the metro (about 8mins walk). Hotel is a bit old but enough for what you need. Clean and friendly staff. What i like is that it is also walking distance to OCAT (BUS to kansai airport). One station away from kyocera dome.

room and toilet are big… the room is complete with ameneties,,like microwave,refrigerator, electric kettle ,,and smart tv, and also the toiletries. what i dont like u can hear the noise from nxt room, the location is far but its still walkable from namba station,,dotonbori
