I always stay at Spring Hotel for my business trips because it's so close to Makuhari Messe. There's a bus stop right downstairs with direct buses to both Haneda and Narita airports, which is incredibly convenient

And they have washer/dryer in the room! Bathroom is beautiful too. in the lobby, you can get tea or coffee anytime

The closet is too narrow to hang oversized coats, especially when in winter! Kitchen isn’t well facilitated with only one microwave, no idea how to cook! No luggage rack, no shoe brush

We juststayed at the Sunlight Hotel Shinjuku and really enjoyed the location. While the room is small, it was my wife and me in the room. It worked out, we just had to put our suitcase 2 large and 2 small under the bed
