I booked this hotel because I suddenly needed accommodation for work.

It's an average business hotel, neither particularly good nor bad, but it has everything I need, so it's fine.

Hotel with tiny rooms that weren't comfortable. Breakfast was poor, the juice was spoiled! Only Japanese food, cold coffee from the kettle. I complained about the breakfast on site and didn't use it, but I didn't get a refund!

When I try to sleep at night, I hear a low, throbbing noise. I thought it was the air conditioning in my room, so I turned off the bathroom vent and the air conditioner, but it still resonated. The noise itself is small, but I couldn't sleep because I couldn't figure out what it was. Also, the mattress on the bed is too soft. My hips sink when I sleep. Other than that, I think it's worth more than the price.

I stayed here for two nights for work because of its convenient location, but the toilets and other areas were not clean enough. I pointed this out, but the response was slow and I had to wait quite a while. (This may have been a coincidence, but if the post-cleaning check is insufficient, I hope they improve.) I'm glad I stayed alone this time, rather than with my family. The breakfast menu was not very extensive, and many of the items seemed like pre-made meals. I chose this hotel for its convenience and price, but even so, given its convenience, my stay was a bit disappointing.

Excellent hotel but most of all I loved the traditional Japanese breakfast which was a special touch.

They were so nice and helpful with our bags and room change. Best hotel for English speaking tourists and there r many Japanese guests as well

Enjoyable stay on arrival and coming back here for another 4 days after short trip north. Friendly staff and good amenities. Japanese rooms we have always found slightly small for us larger foreigners, but we aren't staying in the room all day it for showers and sleeping. Breakfast is very well priced Japanese food for 650 yen. Reasonable close to Metro.
