The sauna was hot and humid—a surprisingly great environment for a business hotel. Official photos didn't show towels inside the sauna, but they were properly laid out with sauna mats

I went during the middle day of a three-day weekend. It was relatively affordable compared to other hotels, so I chose it as a base for sightseeing in Gunma. As an APA member, the 11:00 AM checkout is a nice perk

Best of all, the changing room had effective air conditioning and fans, so I didn't sweat after bathing—👍️ The water from the dispenser was cold too. It's worth visiting just for the baths

The room was on the small side, typical for APA, but personally, I really loved the bath. It was a rare natural hot spring for APA, and the water temperature was just right

It was my first stay, and it was truly great. Even on Saturdays, there are days when you can stay at a reasonable price, so I'll definitely visit again

It's an APA Hotel, complete with the small, though efficient room, and a nice breakfast buffet offering (for a small fee)

Rooms are perfect, so clean and new, and huge for our Junior Suite. Onsen is good and snacks and drinks are available during the afternoon and later in the evening. Attractions near the hotel are within walking distance

A grand hotel and resort indeed. Due to its secluded location, the hotel is only suitable for those who drive otherwise pretty stranded in this nice hotel but meals are quite costly even for Accor members

The chilled amazake in the post-bath lounge was absolutely delightful! My mother and I have already discussed coming back for a 3-day, 2-night stay next time. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

The large hotel is facing the sea and I have a beautiful view from my room. The room is very spacious and comfortable though the furnishings are rather dated but clean

It was excellent. I really appreciated the ride/transfer service. Both the phone and front desk staff were wonderful. The snacks in the lounge were delicious.

The hotel does show some signs of age, particularly with the carpet, but it doesn’t feel musty. One area for improvement would be more thorough cleaning in the corners of the tub and sink

I had an overnight layover in Chiba as I was catching a connecting flight from Narita Airport the next day. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a short walk from the station

Wer had a good stay at Sunroute Chiba Hotel The location is excellent, within the Chiba Station thus very conveninent to go anywhere. Room is very clean with all amenities available

Definitely cant find another hotel that is less than sgd 100 and so conveniently located right next to station (linked). Spacious, comfy, clean and convenient. Enough said.

The pool bath suite was amazing but everything else overpriced.

I chose this hotel for my two-day trip to Tokyo Disney. The hotel and rooms are spacious, and it's very convenient to get to Disney with their shuttle bus service. It's also just a 2-minute walk from Shin-Urayasu Station

The location is fantastic, right outside a subway station, making transportation incredibly convenient. I'd give it five stars just for that. There's also an Aeon mall nearby, which is very affordable

The triple room we booked was very comfortable, with individual beds for each person and enough space to open our suitcases, which is quite large for Japan where space is at a premium

There are supermarkets and drugstores nearby, and plenty of dining options. Plus, there's a water dispenser right by the elevator, so you don't need to buy bottled water

This hotel isn't far from Tokyo Disneyland and offers a shuttle bus, making it great value for money compared to other options

Staff was very kind, the room was quaint but that was expected. Also it was very clean and they brought new towels and robes every day. 10 out of 10

Rooms are small, but that is the standard of Tokyo (one of the most populated cities in the world). Staff was very servicefull and helpful. Definitely would recommend staying here.

com and be so happy to stay here for 4 nights. It’s located at the west side of Utsunomiya station. We rent a car to travel around and the parking at the hotel is also convenient

But we have to pay additional fee at 1000 yen per day. And if you will park before check in time, 300 yen will be added (per hour maybe). But it’s ok for our convenience

Family friendly and very clean hotel. I highly recommend it. It's close to the station, with plenty of options for food and shopping.

Room is spacious, convenient for two people with two luggages. But we didn’t book for breakfast because it’s quite convenient for the restaurants and many convenience stores around the hotel

The location is great, very close to Keio-Hachioji Station, and you can get to Shinjuku directly in just an hour. Plus, there are three convenience stores downstairs, which is really handy for grabbing anything you need.

I have to give this place a shout-out! The hotel location is super convenient, right next to the subway station. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was so comfortable it felt like sleeping on a cloud

There's a Lawson downstairs, a 7-Eleven to the right, and a FamilyMart across the street – super convenient! The breakfast at 800 JPY is incredibly cheap, so if you're not picky, you can easily eat at the hotel

The front desk staff, especially the ladies, were incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast had a great variety, and the value for money is really high. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in town

They offer complimentary coffee and soft drinks all day, which is a really nice touch. It's much newer than Keio, the only downside is that the rooms are quite small

There were no towels, no bags to use when going to the bath, and no toothbrushes. The floor of the room was stained and the amenities were sparse

Grand Mercure Nasu Highland is a wonderful stay! I loved the panoramic mountain views and the unlimited soft-serve ice cream at the breakfast buffet 🍦 The washing machines were clean and convenient, and the strong, high-quality hairdryer was definitely a favorite

The staff were all incredibly friendly, and even during the busy breakfast and dinner times, everything was well-organized. Our room was spotless and comfortable, and the play area was perfect for kids

I booked one night at the hotel as a waypoint for my onward trip to Yamagata from Narita. I was pretty blown away by the surroundings and the view of the mountains provided by the rooms

Excellent will come back and stay Mecure Nasu again. Lots of activity for kids and have an excellent free bar.

Very quiet hotel in Nihonbashi, next to the Asakusa Line and slightly off from Chuo JR and the Shinjuku Line. The hotel is clean and very quiet and imho it's a great choice if you know how to move around Tokyo

If you don't, it's maybe a bit inconvenient

The only thing is that this location is very convenient and intersecting many major train lines. 711 is nearby, about a 3 minute walk. But be forewarned that the 711 is lacking and doesn't seem to be stocked enough

First of all, this hotel doesn't even have a laundry in the building. You have to go outaide of the hotel and find a coin laundry store, which is so inconvenient. Secondly, the rooms are dirty

The walls are dirty, the shower curtain is dirty and stinks. The bedsheets aren't fresh smelling, and you can't even control the temp in this room

I recently had the pleasure of staying at APA Hotel Higashi Nihonbashi hotel, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! From the moment I checked in, the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure I had everything I needed

Fantastic hotel with train underneath, restaurants & convenience stores 7-11 & family mart close. Within 15 minutes walk in a beautiful neighbourhood is Tokyo Tower. Loved it would stay there again

This hotel in Tokyo's Roppongi district offers a peaceful retreat amidst the hustle and bustle. The subway station is right outside the door, and Tokyo Tower is just a short walk away

Location is super convenient, hotel is right above Roppongi-Itchome Station Namboku Line. Within Izumi Garden Tower office complex. Perfect for business and leisure travel

The environment is great, and the transportation is very convenient since the subway station is right outside. The front desk lady also has a wonderful service attitude!

Omotesando shopping street is also easily accessible. The room size is quite generous by Japanese standards, and overall, I had a very pleasant stay

When I went to the front desk to pick up the items, I saw that they were neatly stored as shown in the picture. The hotel is located near the Hanzomon subway station. The room can see the Imperial Palace

The hotel responded to the email very promptly and told me that they would try their best to arrange it. We checked in at around 9 o'clock in the evening and got two adjacent rooms, which was very considerate

However, the nearest transportation nearby is the bus, which is just downstairs facing the window view, super close. The Hanzomon Station of the tram still requires a little more walking than expected

It is very quiet nearby, with several convenience stores and restaurants. The room and bathroom are very clean, equipped with a bathtub and a TOTO electric toilet, and the shower water is very big, very satisfactory

Fantastic location. Clean small rooms but perfect size for single and adequate for sleeping. Just across is Family Mart and one block behind Ginza Six shopping mall. Walking distance to Shinbashi & Ginza subway stations.

Excellent hotel is a really good location and not too far from Ginza station. Nice room, the best shower I’ve ever had, strong and powerful. Only let down was the horrible breakfast. Would recommend and stay again!

However, the hotel's location is excellent, right in Ginza, perfect for shopping! There's a 24-hour Don Quijote just a five-minute walk away, and we even had to queue to pay past midnight

An older hotel with a good location. The entrance is quite small, so you'll need to pay attention to the map the first time you go. Even though it's small, it's very clean and not noisy.

Room was decently clean. Hotel is what you would expect for ibis hotels. Room booked was larger than typical hotel room and bathroom was spacious.

There are also plenty of great food options around Higashi-Ginza, and the convenience store downstairs is very well-stocked

You book this place for convenience as the stations are close. For an APA , these are the smallest rooms ive ever been in. The staff are wonderful abd breakfast is also good

Just to get this out of the way, the hotel rooms are small if you're in a couple (a bit smaller than I expected). If you're solo, this space would be great. The staff here is incredible and the location is amazing

Japanese style hotel. Room is little bit small. Location is very good, close to Akasakamitsuke station. There are many kind of shops, various kinds of food restaurants, convenient stores, pachinkos, etc.

Great looking location, conveniently near a station, restaurants and stores for your every single need! Right downtown, so it's never more than 20-30mins to a tourist hotspot, and has free WiFi

It was nice leaving the craziness of Shinjuku and return to Asakasa. Pros - great area, amazing staff, proximity to metro. Cons - small rooms (you get what you pay for)

The front desk staff also speak excellent English, making communication a breeze

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The breakfast was amazing and delicious, and the bathroom was so clean that I felt comfortable using the bathtub (ofuro). They changed the towels and bed sheets every day

This hotel is at a great location n if u self drive, offers the best value as parking is only at 1000yen per day, which will easily connect you to everywhere. Train station is right below the hotel n connection is great

crazy good stay, the best stay in my entire 13 day trip, cant believe its this cheap, prob not a lot of travelers in chiba not all staffs in the hotel (and in the local shops) can speak english and you should be prepared to speak japanese around chiba, which i assume is part of the reason why the stay is relatively affordable with amazing quality chiba is a good city too, very nice to walk around...

I’ll not stay in Shinjuku or Shibuya anymore as there is practically everything here shopping wise, with 3 outlets within 30-60 mins drive. Breakfast is ok considering the price but has some western n jap selection

This stay was absolutely fantastic. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to transportation and plenty of amenities nearby. The room itself was modern and cozy, very spacious, and incredibly well-lit

Facilities: One person stay is really comfortable, all the organs, although the non-smoking room is gone, but the room does not smell smoke, and there are windows - favorite is the bathtub - after daily rampage, back to the hotel to take a bath really reset Hygiene: Very clean, although you can see some facilities are old, but very clean, Japanese accommodation basic requirements right this is Environment...

They said they would store my luggage the next day, but for convenience, I left it in a coin locker at the station. It was very clean and I had no complaints. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity

Very small room, but fairly quiet. There was a body hair on top of the toilet lid when I arrived, and dust on window sill and between bed and wall, but sheets were clean

Good. The location is close to both Shin-Yokohama Station and Yokohama Arena. They also stored my luggage for half a day after check-out, which was very helpful.

I contacted them to store my luggage before checking in, and by coincidence, they said a room was ready and kindly recommended an early check-in

This shows that she truly understands the needs of customers and is very empathetic. She is also very familiar with all aspects of the hotel’s operations and answered my questions patiently

Good location with many restaurants near by and a 24 hour Don Quijote with in 4mins walk from the hotel. Also, lots of shopping malls within the Ikebukuro Station

Help us out with luggage courier enquiry and helped us to check buses to Narita Airport. To improve- toilet in room has strong odour and lack of ventilation

One of the best short stays in Yokohama

Because I was planning a road trip and needed to return the car, I wanted to find a convenient parking spot near a national highway, so I chose Masahiro, but it turned out to be in the heart of Yokohama

The place was old, but well kept enough. The staff were helpful, and the location is near the furthest exit of the train station - so mostly sheltered, which is great

Great location, only about a 6-7 minute walk to Yokohama Station.

Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard

However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12

Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer

The room was good for the price,and very well situated in yokohama, made it easy to get places

It's a decent budget hotel, but you have to pay attention to the bed size. Our bed was quite small for two, but overall it was comfortable. It was fairly clean, cleaned every three days

Room has a queen size bed and bathroom and a desk. As we were going out most the small room was no issue. We really conveniently located near Ningyocho station which has two different lines
