They were very helpful with all of our requests. Large club lounge that was often busy, but had great views, good food and nice service. Something to note: pool required calling front desk to make appointment
We had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Tokyo with our 5 month child. Traveling with an infant can be stressful, but the hotel made everything feel smooth and comfortable from start to finish
He provided extremely helpful information about baby changing stations, hotel amenities, shuttle buses to Shinjuku Station, and bus options to Haneda Airport
The rooms were spacious, clean, and very well maintained. There was plenty of room for our luggage, stroller, and baby essentials without feeling cramped
Had the privilege to access the Executive Lounge and it was something to behold. Super friendly and helpful staff, breakfast in the lounge was full of enough pastry and savory foods without seeming wasteful
The hotel also provided a sturdy wooden infant crib for our child, which was safe, well-built, and gave us great peace of mind during our stay

Upon check-in, I am happy that the receptionist prints my MIAT Mongolian Airlines boarding passes exactly on top-quality paper in colours! His service is better than the receptionist service at Greentree Eastern Hotel, Guiyang
The room was quite spacious compared to other hotels in Japan, especially for such a cheap price. There's a convenience store on the first floor and a free shuttle bus to Narita Airport. It's awesome, seriously!
The room was more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent, and the toiletries had a lovely scent
At this hotel, I can see either the aircraft flying in the sky from the room or at the hotel's Lumiere Restaurant on the last floor where I can view the aircraft taking off clearly
I've had about 5 visits and everytime we stayed at this hotel. Nice swimming pool, tennis court etc. Amazing food at the roof top and overall an amazing experience
This single room is the biggest I've stayed in among all the Japanese hotels. The staff were polite, the environment was good, and there's a convenience store on the first floor. Very satisfied. Thumbs up! 👍🏻

We were late coming back from the park and decided last-minute to have dinner at the hotel, and the buffet was open until 10:30 PM. The rooms are much larger than those in the city, clean, tidy, and comfortable
This was my second time staying at this hotel, and it’s still very clean and spacious. Even though there’s a shuttle bus from Bayside Station, the walk is only about five minutes, super convenient and quick
I also love that the room has a balcony with a slight view of both Disneyland and DisneySea. I’ll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo for Disney Resort. Highly recommend this hotel! P
Even if you miss the hotel shuttle, it's just a short walk to the Disney Line. The staff are warm and polite, and the hotel's dinner buffet is excellent value for money with a great variety of dishes
To get to Disneyland, you just take the free Disney shuttle from the first floor, and then hop on the Disney Resort Line monorail. This time, we could even see fireworks from our room at night!
The hotel lobby is stunning, and it's incredibly convenient to get to, with a direct bus from Haneda Airport's bus stop number 5. It's actually right next to Bayside Station on the Disney Line

The room appeared to be over 25 square meters, but for exact measurements, refer to the hotel description. The furniture and lighting in the room were tastefully designed, combining wood and metal elements
For environmental reasons, linens were changed every four days, which is acceptable. The lighting controls were well-placed, with three master switches: one on each side of the bed and one by the door
This is an older luxury hotel located on the quieter side of Shinjuku. It has a beautiful lobby, and there's a fantastic Japanese restaurant on the second floor
Excellent! The airport shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel, and the service is very attentive. There's also a shuttle bus from the hotel to Shinjuku Station, so all in all, it's incredibly convenient.
Across from the hotel is an office building, but its indoor plaza, "Triangle Plaza," has fantastic dining options, as well as a lawn, a large screen, and two or three Christmas photo areas
The hotel is conveniently located near the Tocho-mae subway station. The rooms are clean and comfortable, though not particularly spacious

10mins away from Narita airport with shuttle bus services! Although hotel is old school style but good maintenance and service is super good. There also a Lawson inside hotel with 24 hours
The Serena restaurant buffet has great variety of food and reasonably priced, food excellent! And with the convenience of Lawson's 24 hour mini retail store on the first floor where you can find variety of hot meals, sandwiches, pastries, and just about any incidental needs
There's a dedicated shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel, which takes about ten minutes. The hotel itself isn't far from the airport either
The hotel service is excellent, and the staff are very polite! The room was spotless, not a speck of dust, and a Washlet (bidet toilet seat) is standard in every room! There wasn't bottled drinking water provided, but it seems the tap water quality is good enough to drink
Great option for solo travelers near Narita Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita is perfect if you need a simple, stress-free overnight stay. The free airport shuttle is reliable and makes getting to and from the terminal easy
There's a free shuttle bus between the airport and the hotel, and a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, which was great for late-night food purchases. I really liked it and would definitely stay here again

The hotel in the famous shiba park, very close to Tokyo station. We were there for tokyo marathon weekend, unfortunately the free train ticket inside the bib package cannot use in the train line next to the hotel
We booked a room that included complimentary access to the executive club lounge, which was excellent value. We enjoyed food and drinks from afternoon check-in until 9:30 PM, and several of the wines were superb
Facilities: We got an upgraded room, which was a newer model. It had a wet/dry separation in the bathroom, which was nice. Environment: The new tower feels much better than the old facilities
Service: The attitude was okay, pretty much what you'd expect for the price. Complimentary Executive Lounge Access: Didn't have any time to use it! 😂
Room with a view of Tokyo Tower, the night and morning views were both quite good. The complimentary access to the executive lounge was a nice perk, and the breakfast selection was decent and tasty
We are blocked out from the station entry gate. It seems only Tokyo metro lines can use this ticket but none of them running next to our hotel

Kanto region, Tokyo, 4 Chome-10-30 Takanawa, Minato City, Minato, 108-8612 Tokio, Yaponiya 🧭 Map
There's a shopping mall, convenience stores, and restaurants right next to the hotel. The 7-Eleven even offers tax refunds. On B1 of the mall, both the soba noodle shop and the tempura place were delicious
I specifically booked a room with breakfast, but both mornings, there was a long line outside the restaurant starting at 6:30 AM, so I never got to eat. The shampoo and conditioner were Pola brand
The rooms in the East Tower are quite small, and the soundproofing isn't great. A particular issue was with the self check-in system for the East Tower. The booking number provided in my Trip
The hotel is incredibly close to the station, and Shinagawa Station is a major transportation hub for both the airport and Shinkansen, which probably explains why it's so popular
Very close to Shinagawa Station, just a 3-minute walk, making it super convenient for getting around. There are also convenience stores and restaurants nearby
The self-check-in system was a bit finicky; it insisted on a domestic address to complete the process, but there was staff available to help

The hotel also has a pool, and a swim after the race was pure bliss. The parking lot is huge, so no worries about finding a spot if you're driving, and it's very close to the subway, making it easy to get around anywhere
Sitting, eating, and enjoying the view 💕 Huge thanks to the hotel for upgrading us for two nights to a room where we could see Tokyo Tower right from our bed! 🙇‍♀️ Even more special was getting to see the Tokyo Tower lit up in white and pink
The front desk service was impeccable – professional, warm, and they resolved any issues instantly
The biggest surprise was the restaurant; eating breakfast with a view of the Tokyo Tower was so beautiful I almost didn't want to look down at my food! And the breakfast spread was so vast it was hard to choose, with every dish being incredibly delicious
The Prince Park Tower Tokyo, where I stayed for the Tokyo Marathon, was absolutely amazing! I can confidently say this is the best hotel I've ever stayed at in Tokyo, hands down! My two-night stay here was an incredible experience
It's definitely the best hotel breakfast I've ever had! The location is simply unbeatable! It's super close to kilometers 36 to 39 of the Tokyo Marathon course, making it incredibly convenient for my family to cheer me on

We didn’t get to experience breakfast as the queue was so big we gave up. You have to pay extra to enter the pool which I think is not right
I stayed during the very busy New Year holiday period, and overall it was a pleasant stay. However, I would like to share one concern regarding the check-in experience at the Executive Lounge
We were seated there for about an hour, yet it seemed that the staff at the reception did not notice us and continued chatting among themselves. This was a bit disappointing and made us feel somewhat overlooked
As much I would love to write 100% positive there was one thing I was not satisfied about. Despite being Loyal Hilton member I request for higher floor which is the least they could do but they put me on lowest possible
Fortunately, when we returned to the bell desk, Rama san kindly stepped in and handled everything for us. He completed all the necessary procedures efficiently and with genuine care
His calm and professional assistance completely changed our experience and allowed us to relax and enjoy the rest of our stay. Even during such a busy season, Rama san’s outstanding hospitality truly stood out

Check-in is automated with a Chinese interface, which is very helpful! You can also opt for self check-out, saving a lot of time. In the twin room, you'll find that a 28-inch suitcase can only fit in the aisle
They're very comprehensive, not just basic care and toothbrushes, but also facial masks and hair masks, which is a really nice touch! Pajamas are in the elevator lobby on each floor, but I recommend getting them early as they might run out later in the day! I stayed for three days, and on the second day, I noticed the room hadn't been cleaned
Location: nothing beats this, located within walking distance to Shinjuku JR stations and a metro station right beside. Very near to Takashimaya Times Square and all walking streets of Shinjuku
You self-check-in/out and pick up your own toiletries, so it's pretty much contactless. There's no public bath either, but it's perfect for tourists who are out shopping all day
Bed was comfy and sufficient to house up to two large luggage’s with walking space. Amenities: free flow buffet amenities in the lobby so you can take what you require
If you have an earlier flight have to go to Shinjuku bus terminal instead (5mins away) Room: still acceptable given the standard room size of Japan hotels

The location is great too especially if you're there for the meeting or convention as you can walk by walking through the shopping center and the walkway (sadly the walkway doesn't have cover most of the way so there is a chance to get rained on) The hotel is accessible via the shopping center which is lots and lots of options for food
Update: We are sad to see them close for 3 years for renovation. We will definitely be staying on opening day! The hotel was wonderful and the staff made it exceptional! We love this place and stay here regularly
I had a room on one of the Sky Resort Floor Atelier Deluxe and had amazing views overlooking part of the harbor and into Tokyo. Thus I had amazing evening views that included being able to Tokyo Tower 🗼
It is very disappointing that I felt the quality of the employees working there were poorly trained, which is not appropriate for a hotel in this kind of price range
Have quite pretty views and big room can make the vacation more enjoyable but the rooms are a little bit close and can see the neighbors pretty clear
Late, the only drawback is that the hotel's breakfast is relatively ordinary

Staff services and attitude very good.  Regarding the room, Would have be excellent if there was a microwave.
The customer service and commitment to quality always leave an outstanding impression when at the New Otani. And, membership in the New Otani Club just adds to the enjoyment. Staff are attentive and caring
The transportation is very convenient, and there are many convenience stores nearby, making life very easy.
Our stay was excellent! The room was lovely, spacious, and very comfortable, with great amenities. The Shin Edo baths were incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind after a day out
Breakfast was served in a beautiful area overlooking a waterfall and garden - such a peaceful setting. The location was also very convenient, just a short walk from the metro station
Ambiance: Comfortable, with a beautiful 400-year-old garden. Service: No Chinese-speaking staff. Facilities: A bit old-fashioned but very well-maintained.

Shinjuku Prince Hotel has superb location. It’s in the heart of Shinjuku, easy to go everywhere. The room we are in is of reasonable size for 3 adults. Will stay here again and recommend friends
Stayed at the Shinjuku Prince hotel for 5 nights recently. The location of the hotel is extremely convenient, right next to the Seibu-Shinjuku station and 6 minute walk from Shinjuku station
My friend and I stayed in the smallest hotel room with twin beds, the only problem I had was that the room was too small, couldn’t really open a big luggage entirely without sacrificing walking space in the room, and the aircon was very weak during our stay, but they did offer a portable small aircon machine on the ground which kept the temperature acceptable
The hotel is right in the heart of Shinjuku, close to the train station, shopping areas, restaurants, and entertainment spots, which makes getting around very convenient
All staff have good standard of English with high quality service. Highly recommended!
This time I came to Tokyo for a company team-building trip, and we chose Shinjuku for its convenient shopping. The hotel was incredibly convenient! It's just a stone's throw from Isetan and Lumine Shinjuku

The room was very clean and a good size. Breakfast was incredibly rich and varied! 👍🏻
Would be great if they can make it easier for guests to use the pool and onsen after checkout
This is my second stay at this hotel, and it's still a fantastic experience
Not only is the location great, offering direct views of Rainbow Bridge and distant views of Tokyo Skytree and Tokyo Tower, but the hot spring on the 14th-floor rooftop is also excellent – I visited almost every day
The room size was adequate, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking, with noticeable dust accumulation in several spots. There are some restaurants directly opposite in Senkyaku Banrai
Also, during my 3-night stay, bottled water was only provided for two days. There was no water on the day I checked in, which was probably an oversight by housekeeping

On top of it, he helped to make transport arrangements to the nearest hospital for a medical attention. Finally, it was a pleasant surprise from him to send an anniversary card personally to our room
Big and clean bedroom Worth staying to experience Hilton hospitality Great service Good breakfast Location near Narita airport with shuttle bus service
Breakfast was below Hilton standard. To pay for the pool in a hotel is a no go. Never experienced this. Even it's not mentioned that there is a extra feed for the pool
There is a shuttle bus to Narita airport, so the location is not bad. The room is clean and kind of big. The bed is too soft. Everything is fine, and is a choice if you need to stay at Narita.
Main entrance area nice Christmas decor. Breakfast was good with a mix of western and Japanese options. Need to know hotel provide airport transfers pick up outside T3 bus stop (turn right)

This area has a very Japanese vibe and is popular for business. Even during leisure periods, many locals come to check it out. There are also plenty of restaurants, which is very convenient.

I really love this hotel, they have excellent amenities like facial and skincare products They also provide boxes for delivery service in the hotel room This hotel is near to Disneyland and they also offer free shuttle bus
You don't even need to bring your own skincare and makeup remover as the hotel has them all. Environment: There's a mall right across the pedestrian bridge, making dining very easy. Plus, there's a supermarket for snacks
The location is very convenient. It is just a short walk from the shin uruyasu station. The shuttle buses to both Disneyland and Disneysea are very frequent. They have a welcome lounge for the hotel guests
On the second floor, there are complimentary candies and snacks, a cotton candy machine, and free beer, drinks, and slushies. They also provide Indonesian hair capsules, which are really effective
Service: Check-in on the second floor took a long time due to queues, but check-out was a breeze. There's a box where you can just drop your room card

Breakfast is awesome; buffet selection is huge, and the second restaurant (yes, there are multiple restaurants you can use your breakfast benefit at) is great for a quiet light Japanese set when you don't want to start the day overstuffed
However the room a little dated but think there is a programme of works so rooms may be brought up to date. The room lighting is very dim so with all brown/beige walls and carpet makes for a very dim room
Must walk up stairs from subway stations, but you may book the (paid) shuttle bus to/ from the airports by the concierge. Very good bathroom - you may set the temperature/ time automatically for bathroom
the toilet is way too big for the size of bathroom! The shuttle bus was a well used amenity to get to the station

The hotel is a bit old, but I was really drawn to it because of the balcony. The location is great, directly connected to Queen's Square, so dining and entertainment are very convenient
Very nice and accommodating staffs. The entire hotel is clean and organized. More importantly, I feel secured staying here because of card access is required in using the elevator.
