The hotel staff were very friendly, and the room was relatively spacious and clean. Right across the street, there are subway lines like the Hanzomon Line, Asakusa Line, and Skytree Line, making transportation incredibly convenient. There's also a Life supermarket and the Skytree commercial area nearby, perfect for shopping and exploring. Highly recommend!

We had a good experience and was able to see the Tokyo tower from our window for new years it was very nice.

Tower view room 👍 The subway station is right downstairs, next to Solamachi and the Skytree entrance. Oshiage Station offers direct access to both Haneda and Narita, which is super convenient.

Very convenient right next to the train station to HND or NRT and big shopping malls footstep from hotel.
However, the hygiene is really not up to standard. Found a lot of hairs on bathroom wall on the first night. And also the bed linen was also dirty and dusty.
The breakfast was even worse, with so little options and things were cold. If you have requirement on breakfast, I would suggest you not to buy the breakfast!

The room was spacious as I had paid extra for a triple share room even though there were two of us. I requested for the room to be cleansed economically ie clear all trash and change of towels.

On the second day, trash in the small bin in toilet was not removed. Towels were changed. There was obviously a thread from the time I had check in to the time I left…. Near the doorway. It was not removed. Staff did not speak very much English and gave wrong directions to take a bus.

The environment is great and the service is excellent, especially since we had a lot of luggage to store. We dropped it off at the front desk in two batches, and they patiently helped us store it both times. There's also a scale in the lobby for weighing luggage. Our room had a view of the Tokyo Skytree, and the Skytree mall and Oshiage subway station are right outside, which is super convenient for direct access to both airports. The only downside was a faint, unpleasant odor in the room, possibly like foot odor, which was quite off-putting.

Overall, I was very satisfied. The location is excellent, with a large supermarket and a 24-hour convenience store right nearby, which was a huge plus. The Skytree mall itself boasts a vast array of dining options and numerous other shops.
