The room is nice, though a bit small—typical of hotels in Japan. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, able to communicate in English, and always helpful.

The hotel's location is fantastic, very close to both JR Ueno Station and Keisei Ueno Station, making transportation incredibly convenient. It's easy to get to Narita Airport, as well as central areas like Ginza and Shibuya. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, with a laundry room and pantry that are very handy. The front desk even has an electronic scale for luggage, which is a thoughtful touch! The staff at the hotel are very helpful and proactive in assisting guests. This hotel is definitely worth staying at!

Clean and cozy room for our trip in Japan. Location of the hotel is so convenience and near to Ueno station. If you’re touch down at Narita airport, this area is one of the best area for you to transit from airport easily. Just take Kensei Main line/Skyaccess line straight away and you will get to Ueno station.
They provide some amenity kits at the lobby for guest to use and it’s free. Coffee machine and some biscuits provided for your late night craving. They even provided bath powder for guest to use with the bathtub in the room and it’s also free.
The room is quite small but overall is in good condition. Recommend if for couple’s stay.

The location was very good to continue our travel to the Narita Airport. The situation of not being able to change the air conditioning out of the heating setting was explained at the check in but still is kind of annoying... Also make yourself a favor and ask for the extra pillow at check in. :)

Check in and out is super fast. Even after check out, we are able to have free coffee and chocolate for kids while waiting to go airport. The staff are still as friendly. Kids enjoy the bunk bed and the bath tub. We have a comfortable stay, thank you.

Room quite clean but there is still dust in the corner area.Super quiet compare with other Tokyo hotels i had stay in the past. I rarely cant hear noise from outside. Some Amenities need to ask from staff such as shower cap. Cleaning every 3 nights.

Room was small but the location was excellent. Near to train stations and also cross the road there’s alot of food to eat and shops. Staff was helpful and polite too.

Tiny guest room as described in the website. We stayed in a twin bed room. Hotel is overall old and old-fashioned. But location is very convenient, only 3 minutes walk from Ueno train station. Breakfast was included in room rate which was quite good. Service was good.
