Conveniently located next to the station. It would be great if there were more dining options nearby. Since it's also close to Shinagawa Station and Haneda Airport, I'll use it again if I have the chance.

The room is on the smaller side, more suitable for short stays or business travellers. It is clean and seems newly renovated, which makes the stay comfortable.
Location is convenient, with Shinagawa area nearby, though it still requires a short walk to the train station.
However, space can be quite tight for longer stays. Not easy to pack and unpack, especially if you plan to do shopping in Tokyo.
Overall, a good option for short stays, but may feel cramped if staying longer.

Please be aware of this hotel. I will absolutely never stay at this hotel or stay with any other hotel in the same group again! The previous branch of this hotel provided absolutely no service. When I asked them to call and inquire, the front desk refused. What hotel provides such service at the front desk? Moreover, the room smelled bad, and the reply was that it was normal! Furthermore, there wasn't a single staff member in the lobby who could communicate in a language other than Japanese, which is unacceptable. このホテルには十分ご注意ください。私は二度とこのホテル、そして同じグループのホテルには泊まりません！このホテルの以前の支店は、全くサービスがありませんでした。電話で問い合わせてほしいと頼んだところ、フロントデスクは拒否しました。一体どこのホテルがフロントデスクでこんな対応をするのでしょうか？しかも、部屋は悪臭がしたのに、「普通です」と返答されました！さらに、ロビーには日本語以外の言語でコミュニケーションできるスタッフが一人もいなかったのも、到底受け入れられません。

This hotel is one of the best options for staying in this area. The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the staff are extremely friendly. This hotel is beside of station only If you are visiting this location, this hotel is definitely one of the best choices.

Fairly straightforward business hotel. It's right by the Keikyu Shinbanba Station (you can guess why), a simple 2 minutes ride to Shinagawa station.

The inside of the hotel is pretty clean and they do give you room service every day without explicitly asking (vs some hotels like APA).

The staff were pretty friendly too. I had a non standard problem which they were able to resolve for me. One of the receptionist speaks mandarin which was convenient for me.

The only thing I was not able to use at all was their in-hotel laundry. At 600yen for washing + cleaning is great, but there are only two units and I was never able to use it during my 5 nights stay.

Front desk has 0% compassion at all! we booked 3 rooms and stayed 5 days and cant even extend one room for me to take a 2 minute bath. I pleaded front desk to allow even 15 minutes extra. I ended up booking a spa nearby to take a bath. This is extremely crazy! Beware dont stay at this ugly and outskirt of Tokyo!
