APA Hotel Komagome Ekimae in Tokyo

The access is great. The Yamanote Line and Tokyo Metro Tozai Line are nearby. There are four convenience stores nearby, and the town is nice and quiet.
After checking in, I pressed the elevator, but it never came.
It goes to the floor I want to go to and back. I usually have to wait 7 or 8 minutes. Just when I thought it had arrived, it dinged. Just when I thought someone was going to get in, it was the cleaning lady. She got in without saying a word. And when she got out, she got out without saying a word. To be honest, I was like, "Huh?"
This hasn't happened at other business hotels or APA hotels.
The room was comfortable as usual. Just like that.
If only that elevator wasn't there.

Good position and a lot of amenities, but that's pretty much it. During the night the room is actually a sauna, incredibly hot and no way to lower the temperatures even with the lowest ones selected.
Cleaning is simply insufficient: lot of hairs and dust. For prolonged stays, they come only every 3 days to change sheets, for any other day they just put towels on the door hand. Would be nice for a cheap minshuku, but that's an APA hotel in the suburbs of Tokyo that costs over 20k JPY per night. At this price, it's fair to expect not to have dust once they clean your room every 3 days
