Although it's not in the very center, the location was still good because it wasn't too difficult to get around with luggage, and there were three subway lines nearby. I especially appreciated having direct access to a train to the airport.
Even though it's on a main road, it was a quiet street, so it wasn't noisy at all.
The only minor downside was that the room wasn't serviced during multi-night stays.

The location is OK, Asakusa and Tokyo Skytree are both nearby, the front desk service is quite enthusiastic, the room is large, the heating is not strong enough, and you can see Tokyo Skytree from the rooftop terrace. However, there are two very unsatisfactory aspects of the room hygiene: the cleaning is not done well and the air conditioner is very dirty: the overall appearance of the room looks OK at first, but I didn't expect that there are tissues thrown away by the previous guest; on the last night of my stay, I didn't expect that a lot of large pieces of dust fell out of the air conditioner, falling on the bed and my suitcase (I rushed to clean the dust in the suitcase and forgot to take a picture of the miserable state of the suitcase). Figure 1 shows the large pieces of black dust that fell on the bed. It took at least an hour to deal with the bad dust that night, shaking out the dust bit by bit, and I was in a very bad mood. My family and I were in a terrible mood when we were cleaning, and we quarreled when we didn't agree. It was really an unpleasant accommodation experience.
