The location is good, though the room was quite small, which is typical for Japan. The transportation is very convenient, so I'd recommend it for short trips. I don't have any photos because it's been too long since I stayed there.

The double twin room is very spacious and comfortable. The location is very convenient. Lawson is right next door. Walking distance to Giza, Tsujiki.

Our room was clean and comfortable. The room is quite small for two people, but it is expected from a hotel in Tokyo. The location is very close to Tsukiji Outer Market and walking distance to a couple metro stations.
They have a paid self-service laundry (card payment supported), which is very handy.

Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants and cafes, making it easy to find food options nearby. While it’s accessible, do expect a bit of a walk to reach major subway lines like the Ginza Line. Cleanliness could be improved, but it’s acceptable for an older hotel. The ladies’ room facilities are well equipped, which is a nice touch. Room size is standard for Tokyo — fits two 26/27” suitcases, though space gets tight when moving around.

Very clean hotel. We’ve got room with no no view but anyway, everyday cleaning, good bed, was enough for 2 of us. We didn’t expected huge room and king size bed as we understood that it’s business hotel in Tokyo
location - perfect, 4 mins by walk to the closest subway station and bus station just in front of the entrance

Very small Japanese style room. The location is decent about 10 min walk to metro stations great if you are downtown or going to the big sight area. Breakfast options are three different restaurants one in the bottom floor of the hotel and two others a couple blocks away either direction. One was closed the entire time I was there but the Komeda Is cafe is great for breakfast.

I like this hotel. It’s clean and the rooms are a little bit more spacious compared with other hotels that have rooms of 9-10m2. It’s about 15 minutes walk from the metro station Ginza. They have all amenities and even a coffee machine at the lobby. I would stay here again!

Fantastic location at a good price. You may choose to use the breakfast voucher at one of three great restaurants, one and the same building and two near the hotel. Self check-in at the machine at the lobby was very easy without the need for any human interaction. My room was on the 12th floor but faced the main street so it was quite noisy. Sirens of emergency vehicles were very audible, quite frequent (almost every night of the three nights I stayed there) and at all times of the night. Nevertheless, enjoyed my stay and would stay again if I were not assigned again a room that’s not facing the main road.

A comfortable hotel with a Japanese and stylish concept. Cheap for a location in Ginza. It is new and very clean and beautiful. Is breakfast the only negative point to be a Pronto at the intersection next to Kabuki-za?
Is the room originally assigned defective in air conditioning?
It was cold and I was able to respond properly to the room change.
I am using the Tobu Three Brothers Hotel in Higashi-Ginza, but I would like to stay here again.
The conclusion is a good hotel.
