Very good value for money! Will come back again

Only stayed for one night but would recommend. Somewhat close to Tokyo station. Checkin and checkout are done via kiosk which was very easy. There is a staff member if you have issues. Room was small but roomier than others I’ve used in Japan. Nice shower. Bed was comfortable. I would definitely stay again if I need to be in the area.

Let's start with the positives:
1. Close to the subway station.
2. There's a convenience store and a drug store nearby. There's also a grilled fish set meal restaurant that's great for breakfast; I often go there. The My Basket supermarket across the street isn't great though – limited selection and high prices.
3. The cherry blossoms at the entrance are beautiful.

Now for the negatives:
1. The window opens directly onto the wall of the building next door, which feels very claustrophobic.
2. There's a constant humming noise, 24/7, from either the hotel's own equipment or the neighboring restaurant's equipment (possibly exhaust fans or air conditioning). It's really annoying! One day, there was even a persistent smell of cooking oil coming up.
3. The staff's English proficiency is quite weak. There's one Japanese guy at the front desk who has a good attitude. Everyone else seems a bit indifferent. They didn't even bother to say hello when I checked out – at least pretend to care!

The room was a bit small, but the facilities were clean and I liked that the bathroom and toilet were separate! The young female staff at the front desk was a bit unfriendly, but overall, I'm very satisfied for this price point!

A very pleasant stay! It would be even better if the smoking room had a chair. As a solo traveler, my cigarette is my companion, haha. The hotel's hygiene is excellent.

Great location with convenient access to two different subway stations, both within walking distance. It's a nice, quiet spot at night, yet still close to the action. For Tokyo, the room and bathroom are quite spacious, especially for the price. Very satisfied!

Overall, it's pretty good, but some services aren't very transparent, and I always feel like something is slightly off.
