Hotel Hanabi in Tokyo

The young guy on duty on the day we checked in was very rude and unfriendly. He looks Korean, a bit fat. When we arrived, there wasn't any one at the reception counter. We waited at the reception and rang the bell but no one came out. After a period of time, this fat young guy walk passed and we called out to him that we would like to drop our luggage before the check-in time. He did not reply to us and has a rude and unfriendly face. Beside the reception, there was a room with many luggages, so we thought that was the place to put our luggage there. We started to carry our luggage there since he didn't bother to look at us. He started to make some noise and pointed to a corner which we do not understand what he wants. When we passed the exact spot with glass displayed ornaments, that he wants us to put our luggages there, we thought that was a place where they put their display items, and before we proceed a little further, he shouted loudly at us with agitated face. He's not fit to be in the front desk if he is so unhappy with his job. The next morning, the same bad attitude shown on his face when we met him while he was coming back from outside. This kind of bad attitude and treatment spoils ones mood for the day.

Another thinner guy on night duty was more professional. He speaks English and shows us to our room when we checked in late evening. The fat guy should learn and take a lesson from him.

The room was not cleaned and the toilet was small and difficult to use. Will not recommend this place!
