On the first day of check-in, I asked the staff if they could store our luggage for us, as we were checking out in two days and had a reservation to return in four days (they has been check my reservation and confirm it). We were assured of a fee, which we agreed to pay. However, on the day of check-out, when we tried to leave our luggage, a male staff member displaying impolite with us and simply said they wouldn't accept it, even though we repeatedly explained that we had discussed this on check-in and they didn't accept any luggage storage. This disrupted our travel plans to another city because we had to drag our luggage around to find a place to store it. If the hotel didn't want to store our luggage, they shouldn't have promised us on the first day, or if there were any changes, they should have informed us beforehand.

The location is excellent, the rooms are spacious, and it's very nice. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. There's a smoking corner at the entrance, a restaurant on the first floor, and excellent luggage storage service.

Location is ok, walking distance from Ueno Station and Keisei Ueno. Walking distance to Akihabara. Room is suitable for solo traveller, but may not be for 2 or more people. For solo traveller, can open 28” luggage just nice with still sufficient space to move in the roo

For this price in Tokyo, the room is quite large. However, it was my first time staying in a hotel in Japan without carpet, whereas most hotel rooms in Japan have carpet. I don't know why. Everything else was good.

This hotel is very nice to stay. Cozy room but still have enough space for unpack bag. 7 min from Ameyoko market

One of my fave hotel in ueno tokyo . Its affordable and very close to ameyoko don quijote and restaurants . accessible to everything specially subways . The staff are so nice specially the cleaners they always provide us new towels everyday☺️ Well love to check in here again when we come back to tokyo
