The room is very clean and there is a lot of shops and restaurants near the hotel. The breakfast in hotel food is a bit cold but delicious.

The location is quite convenient, it's clean and tidy, and offers great value for money. Perfect for business trips. The room isn't too small either.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, and apart from the strong smell of smoke already in the room, smoky air kept blowing in through the air conditioning. It was very uncomfortable. Other than that, I have no complaints.

It's conveniently located within walking distance of Osaki Station. Getting there from Haneda Airport is easy, and it's also convenient from Narita Airport by changing trains at Nippori Station.

I love the location . We could walk to Osaki station via Thinkpark building. Probably a 3 minute distance. Many eateries and convenient stores within steps .

The hotel’s location is very convenient, just a short walk from the subway station. It sits right on the border between a commercial area and a residential neighborhood — perfect if you want to go shopping or dining, or simply take a stroll around the quieter streets. There’s even a small park right in front of the hotel, which makes the atmosphere very pleasant. The service from the staff was rather average, probably the least friendly I’ve experienced during my trip in Japan. That said, since you don’t really need to interact with the staff too much, it wasn’t a big issue.

Excellent!!!! This was hands down the best hotel we stayed at in Tokyo with our child. The service was also top-notch.
